Thanks a lot for the review. This season has been pretty tough for everybody. Regarding the shower, the measure is standard, means 90cm x 90cm, and if you can't fit, I'm sorry, but we can't extend the shower. Italians people are pretty smaller than Germans :) And for the wasps, I think that in the hottest summer of the past 50 years they were only looking for some water. Le problème d’odeur, bien que totalement indépendant de notre gestion, a été résolu en moins de 40 minutes après votre signalement. Nous avons mis tout en œuvre pour assurer votre confort, mais malgré nos efforts, vous avez insisté pour obtenir un remboursement supérieur à 50% du montant de votre réservation, nous menaçant d’une mauvaise critique si nous ne cédions pas à cette demande. Nous ne cédons jamais au chantage, car nous travaillons avec sérieux et transparence. Malheureusement, votre avis reflète davantage votre mécontentement face à notre refus de vous accorder une réduction que la réalité de la villa. Par ailleurs, nous tenons à préciser que toutes les autres critiques s’accordent à dire que la villa est superbe, avec un extérieur soigné et des équipements de qualité. De plus, cette année, nous avons investi dans de nouveaux meubles extérieurs, une nouvelle cuisine et des matelas neufs, garantissant un confort optimal à nos futurs hôtes. Dear Viviane thank you for taking the time to write a review and your comments. I'm taking all this very seriously and I'm going to speak with the owner and I'm going personally to buy new stuff for the house. Really I'm so sorry that you was without glasses. If you would have let me know I was coming with new glasses right away. Regarding toilet paper, please, remember hat this is a self catering house, so we will provide stuff for check-in (water, toilet paper, soap) and later on you need to provide by yourself. Coffe machine (electric and Moka) are in the house, same for kettle and microwave. Of course you need to buy coffe. Regarding air conditioning, please, remember that in Italy this is very expensive. Here is not like in France (we don't have nuclear cheep power), and if you leave ON all the air conditioning machines, day and nights, this is very expensive. So, please accept my excuses and next time let me know in time, in order to help you. Bye dear, hope have you again in our properties.
