Apartment was spotless , everything catered for and really well equipped . The terrace is amazing (unfortunately we hardly got to use it because of the wind ) really close to bars and restaurants , the complex itself on some other site reviews were not particularly good , those reviews don’t accurately reflect the complex , really clean , grounds are lovely , pool was clean and a nice place to be . I would definitely recommend the property and can see us booking again . Thank you

Wonderful stay at this great apartment.Very clean; easy communication with apartment manager and owners. Well situated, private setting and nicely furnished with all amenities. The washing machine wasn't working on our arrival but once mentioned, a brand new one was installed within 24 hours!Looking forward to another stay! :-)

Another great stay

Stayed in the adjacent apartment to the one we stayed in last year, both are fabulous, well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay , good location and amazing terrace that gets the sun all day. Close to all amenities, bars , restaurants. Nice pool area

Beautiful views

This is a beautiful apartment, very well equipped kitchen. Perfect sun trapped balcony, although this can get very windy at times but you can go round the pool, which is fabulous, and pay for a sun lounger. Great place to stay

Check in went smoothly. Straightforward. Apartment clean and tidy. Great large terrace. Lovely views. Good air con. Modern and bright and in a good location close to the beach and restuarants.

Bedlam Beach

I have already typed chapter and verse about our awful holiday but it wouldn’t submit. This is my 2nd attempt. We endured 5 nights of swearing, shouting, threatening behaviour, every other word was the F word from a Scottish couple in 801 next door, sharing a very thin wall behind our heads in the bedroom, with no sound-proofing whatsoever. Called Security at 5.30 a.m. as we were concerned someone was going to by physically hurt. The couple were silent for 3 hours and then resumed where they left off. At 8.15 a.m. they left, for good, saying they were fed up with having Security spoil their holidays. Security was called out 8 times. No police were called. Unbelievable. We endured numerous arguments in the corridor, which is like an echo chamber. Children running around corridors at 12 midnight, shouting and screaming. It was horrendous. We also had to put up with constant building work, hammering, angle grinding, etc. some days from 8.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. The Notice on both entrances “Absolutely no noise after 11 p.m.” is a joke. Also the Notice No Dogs is also a joke. Occupants are walking in and out of building every day with dogs. We often heard dogs barking inside the building. There are numerous cats outside the building, being fed by occupants. They can be seen wandering around inside of building. We also had 2 elderly people in 801, whom we think must have been deaf. 1st night they shouted to each other until 2.30 a.m. and on subsequent nights never retired until 12.30 a.m., constantly flushing the toilet, extractor fan left on for ridiculous amounts of time. We travelled to Malaga airport, changed our flights and flew home on 4th April. We needed to get away from Bedlam Beach and regain our sanity and get some much needed sleep. It cost us £48 to change our flights plus the loss of a week’s holiday, but it was well worth it!!! We have never before crossed paths with such selfish, inconsiderate people who have no empathy for those around them. We will never return to Bedlam Beach.

Dear Lynda I am very sorry to hear the troubles about the neighbour. It has never happened before. I have been in contact with the reception and told them your story and they can only regret what has happened. The complex is known as a quit and a safe place to stay and the houseroule is that there is no noise after 23.00

Vores ophold hos Anker og Helle ved Benal Beach var fantastisk.Rigtig dejlig lejlighed lækker terrasse med alt hvad der var behov for til en lækker ferie, en af de bedste steder at sidde med morgen kaffen og nyde udsigten. Selv om vores fly var forsinket så vi først ankom kl 04.00 om natten spillede indtrækningen bare.Pool området var også lækkert ungerne elskede det Fra start til slut har der været super god kommunikation/service gennem Anker og Helle

Escapade en Espagne

L’espace dans cet appartement est bien réparti et plein de lumière. La cuisine est bien équipée. La terrasse est grande et bien meublée. La vue est magnifique. La literie et les serviettes pourraient être de meilleure qualité.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Tolle große Terrasse. Mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern hat alles gut geklappt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Die Beschreibungen stimmen absolut mit der Wohnung überein. Der Balkon mit der Ausstattung und dem Blick ist einfach ein Traum. Beim Check-In war der Schlüssel nicht an der Rezeption hinterlegt, aber es hat nicht lange gedauert, da konnten wir in die Wohnung. Auch der zwischenzeitliche zufällige Kontakt mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin war immer klasse - eine Kontaktaufnahme an sich war nicht notwendig. Vielen Dank!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Alles gepflegt, in sehr gutem Zustand und so, wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, nur über die Straße und man ist am Strand. In näherer Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und kleinere Shops zur Versorgung. Größere Supermärkte befinden sich ebenfalls in fußläufiger Umgebung. Mit Bus oder Regionalzug kann man sehr preiswert die Umgebung erkunden. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Lovely apartment with a great terrace

We had a very relaxing, 4-week stay in low season. This is a bright, clean apartment and well-equipped, with everything that you need for a comfortable break. There was no problem picking up keys or contacting the agent if there was a query. The terrace is ideal for al-fresco dining and soaking up the sun, together with a separate balcony area. The location is great for the seafront and other nearby restaurants, bars and small shops. We would go back. Thanks Helle and Anker.

Schöner Winteraufenthalt in Benalmadena

Wir haben im Januar 2022 11 schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Alles war wie in der Anzeige angegeben. Eine kleine, aber feine top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, mit ebenfalls top ausgestatteter Küche. Für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön groß, wir hatten von früh bis Abends Sonne, einen tollen Ausblick und konnten dank vollem Equipment das auch ausgiebig nutzen. Check-in/out (Schlüssel, Access, Wege) wurde vom Eigentümer sehr gut kommuniziert, so konnten wir alles in wenigen Minuten abwickeln. Parken konnten wir direkt in der angrenzenden Straße und die location ist sehr zentral für Ausflüge. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Sebastian

Perfect accommodation

Perfectly situated for bars, good dining and beach. It's also next to the beautiful Paloma park. The property is bright, airy and perfectly sized for two people. It is well equipped with everything you need during your stay. The views from both balconies are spectacular. The hosts are so helpful and communication is great. A perfect getaway, We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

Fantastic penthouse flat.

A fantastic penthouse flat with an equally fantastic location overlooking the beach and the sea that fully met our expectations. Good beds, excellent storage facilities with good shower/ sanitation and hygiene area. In addition to this, a well-equipped and generous kitchen. The room areas are well dimensioned with a fantastic sun deck that offers sunbathing during the bright times of the day. The apartment's central location means proximity to restaurants, service shops and to supermarkets. Good communication both by train and bus to airport and/or Malaga. Clean, tidy and with nice and helpful staff. We can highly recommend our host and have a definite goal to return to this flat for further late autumn stays in Benalmadena. Super penthouse met fantastisch uitzicht en groot balkon

Dit mooie penthouse is perfect voor 2 personen (kan ook 4 met slaapbank) die ook de nodige tijd thuis in het appartement door willen brengen. Het heeft een super groot balkon met eettafel, lounge set en zonnestoelen. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het Banal Beach complex met 24 uurs receptie is schoon en goed onderhouden met een heel erg mooi en groot zwembad.

Schöner Urlaub in gepflegter Ferienwohnung mit sonniger Terrasse

Die Ferienwohnung mit Meeresblick (leider nicht 100%, da Hochhaus in Blickrichtung Meer), dafür kann man im November den schönen Sonnenaufgang genießen und auch in dieser Zeit noch auf der Terrasse liegen und sich von der Sonne verwöhnen lassen. Zudem hat man einen wunderbaren Blick in Richtung Gebirge und hört die Merresbrandung....einfach sehr romantisch - Berge und Meer. Die Ausstattung der FeWo lässt keine Wünsche offen - deshalb haben wir oft selber gekocht. Von Vorteil ist, dass eine Waschmaschine zu Verfügung steht - ein Wäschetrockner ist bei Sonne und etwas Wind nicht nötig, sodass die Wäsche nach 2h trocken war. Das Bad ist sauber und die Dusche verfügt sowohl über eine Handbrause als auch über eine Regendusche. Alle Geräte sind funktiontüchtig. Das Bett war schön groß und bequem. Weitere Decken/Kopfkissen/Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, spricht Englisch und ist 24h verfügbar. Der Pool ist selbst in der Wintersaison am Nachmittag benutzbar. Die Rutschen sind dann allerdings außer Betrieb. Der Flughafen Malaga ist in 15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Gaststätten mit witzigem Personal und sehr guter Küche (an der Promenade, Paella!!!). Der Ort Benalmadena (Costa) ist eher touristisch überlaufen, aber der schöne Strand entschädigt dafür. Wir haben zu zweit eine sehr schöne Zeit hier verbracht und viele Ausflüge unternommen, da die FeWo recht günstig gelegen ist. Cordoba, Granada, Tarifa und Gibraltar sind ungefähr gleichweit entfernt.
