We had a wonderful stay at Casabeppe. Marcio is a kind and helpful host. The swimming pool was a delight and the outdoor pizza oven was the cherry on the cake. We'll be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at Casabeppe! The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had everything we could have asked for. The kitchen was very well stocked, and every room was comfortable and inviting.The location was wonderful as well. Being near the town of Lucca made it easy to explore the area, and the home was conveniently located for day trips to other cities by either car or train. It was the perfect home base for our adventures.The pool was clean, refreshing, and had plenty of floaties for our entire group to enjoy. After spending our days touring the cities and exploring the region, some of our favorite moments were simply relaxing by the pool in the evenings, sharing stories and talking about the day’s adventures.The property itself was beautiful, with large, well-manicured grounds and plenty of space for our large group to play, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. It was wonderful to come home after a busy day and have such a peaceful place to unwind.Our host, Marco, was wonderful—easy to reach, responsive, and very accommodating whenever we had questions or needed anything. He made the entire experience feel easy and welcoming.Casabeppe was more than we expected, and we will absolutely stay here again if we return to the region. Thank you, Marco, for sharing your lovely Casabeppe with us and helping make our trip so memorable!

Perfect Family Holiday

Excellent property with a great pool. Host was welcoming and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Near Lucca and bus at the bottom of the road. Very clean and enjoyed a meal by Chef Fransceso. Would go again!

Perfect holiday

A fine house near Lucca with everything you need for a holyday-week with your family. We were 8 adults and 3 children, who enjoyed the pool. Complete kitchen, outdoor grill, separete pizza-oven.

This property perfectly fit our needs for our 4 week stay. It was clean, well maintained & spacious. The host, Marco, kept the salt water pool meticulously clean. We weren’t aware the pool was 5 feet deep & had young grandchildren scheduled to stay with us. Marco ordered life jackets & had them delivered before they arrived. We’ve stayed at many vrbos & Marco was by far the most attentive host. He helped us find olive oil tasting, secure a personal chef & sent info about local festivals. The farmhouse was less than 10 minutes from Lucca. Grocery, work out, pizzeria & gelateria were short drive away but not safely walkable. Easy car ride to Pisa, Via Reggio, Pistoia… travelled by car to La Spezia then short train to Cinque Terre, little over hour train ride to Florence. We appreciate Marco & recommend a stay at Casa Beppe!

Excellent home and location in Tuscany

Our family of 9 stayed here in March 2023. The home is exactly as advertised and Marco was an amazing host. The location is perfect, as we were looking to take day trips to Pisa and Cinque Terre. The town of Lucca is also a hidden gem in Tuscany. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Marco for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful!

Our family of 12 loved our time at Casabeppe. Marco our host was the best. He cleaned the beautiful pool everyday and helped us in so many ways. The house with the 2 separate living spaces really worked out well. We'd go back to Casabeppe in a minute. Thankyou Marco.

Perfect family stay, clean, friendly, tuscany

We stayed with 8 people for 1 week Easter 2017. Marco is a super friendly host. The appartment is renovated. Bathrooms are new. Very clean!! Big, lots of room for 8 people. I only can recommend it.

Awesome property and great host!

My family and I had a great time. The house was very clean, beautiful and classic Tuscany style but with all the modern amenities that you would need. The property and pool were gorgeous and pictures online don't really do it justice. Lucca is a beautiful town but also very central to visit a lot of other major cities in Tuscany. Marco (our host) was super responsive and helpful in obtaining information about places to visit around. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend this property.

Excellent for an extended family

We booked both units for our family and Casapebbe was perfect for our needs. Marco is an exceptional host, unobtrusive but always available if needed. He certainly enhanced our stay with his care and attention. We needed his help with an unfortunate incident and he gave up a morning of his time to help us get to a police station. The accommodation and pool had all we wanted. Constant hot water, modern bathrooms and a wonderful pool with the bonus of bubbles. Bikes are available for riding to the supermarket or taking the easy path to Lucca. It is hot at the height of summer so most of us chose to journey in our air conditioned hire car. I would highly recommend Casabeppe for an extended family holiday

We had an amazing holiday. Perfect location just outside Lucca with good access to motorways to get around Tuscany.Our group comprised three families and the layout of the villa worked perfectly - we each ended up with our own areas and weren't in each others pockets. Given we had six young children between us, this was something of a miracle!The pool is really lovely, fenced, gated and far enough away from the house that its not too tempting for little people. The villa also has a huge garden, with table tennis, volleyball and a football pitch; as well as a couple of BBQs. Plenty to keep everyone entertained.I would also highly recommend the private chef Francesco. He is very talented and more than happy to customise the menus if you need to. His food was so good that we asked him to come back and cook for us again! Twice in one week might just be a record.

Can we give more than 5 Stars!! This property and Marco are amazing. We stayed for 4 weeks and wish we could stay for 4 more. The first week we had friends come and go at one time there were 10 of us . There was plenty of room for everyone. We used the pizza oven to cook a leg of lamb for dinner and it was amazing. Another night Chef Linda cooked dinner for the 10 of us - simply amazing. The Villa is in a great location - an easy 15-20 min flat bike ride to the walled city or a 45 min walk. There is also a bus stop literally at the end of the driveway. Just 3/4 mile down the road is a great grocery store and an amazing butcher shop. Keep going another 1/3 mile or so to a pizza place , Opera Gelato ( some of the best in the city) and a cute wine store - where they refill your empty bottles for the deal of the century. The second half of the stay our adult children and toddler grandchild joined us. Again - so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. The pool is gated for safety and is lovely. There are plenty of pool chairs and lots of shaded gathering spots scattered around - to say nothing about a small soccer field and volleyball. If you are into pickleball there are 2 places to play in town and a community that gathers to play every Wed and Sunday - just look up Lucca Padel for information. Last but not least Marco is amazing - his communication is wonderful and he helped arrange taxis , tours and the great Chef Francesco

Family friendly

I’m not even sure where to begin! Marco is very welcoming and has a kind presence when you first arrive to the property not only are you welcomed warmly but you are surrounded by gorgeous lemon trees and rose bushes. We had a horrible event happen during our trip on our first day our car wouldn’t turn on and we had no food or milk for our baby. Marco was so quick to respond and his sister brought us some milk for the baby and came over to help translate with the car rental company. Marco shared a pizza location to call and order pizzas. He came over the next day to check on us and helped communicate with the car rental which took days to work out but thanks to Marco and his family we were able to enjoy our trip and make the best of the situation. Thankfully the property is goregous and the swimming pool is so nice with the jets and warm water shower by the pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and comfortable. The home has a good balance of farm house but with modern touches. Very family friendly! Definitely stay here the town is also cute also thought we didn’t get to explore much due to our car situation. Thanks again Marco and liara for everything! Ciao Mary & family.

Ruhige Lage, älteres großes Anwesen, alles da, was man braucht.sehr großes Grundstück, gut gepflegt. Wunderbares Haus, tolle Lage am Ortsrand von Lucca. Wir haben sehr schöne Familienferien in der Casa Beppe verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es für tolle Ferien braucht. Wenn es zu heiss ist, chillen am genialen Salzwasserpool, diverse Sitzplätze sind vorhanden, man findet immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Es gibt riesigen Platz für Spiele aller Art auf dem gepflegten Rasen. Marco, der Gastgeber, ist sehr sympathisch, immer erreichbar und hält Haus, Garten und Pool in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Vielen Dank, Marco, für Deinen tollen Service!

Großartig und sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir können nur das Beste über unseren Besuch im CasaBeppe sagen. Marco ist äußerst bemüht und ein sehr angenehmer und netter Gastgeber. Das Haus und der Garten sind penibel sauber gehalten; Marco kommt jeden Morgen und kümmert sich um den Pool. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große Garten und die Tatsache dass für die beiden Wohnungen (das CasaBeppe besteht aus den Apartments Ilaria und Marco) exklusiv ein großer Pool in einem riesigen Garten zur Verfügung steht.

Un merveilleux séjour en Toscane

Super séjour de 3 semaines chez Marco, Excellent accueil de notre hôte, un panier de tomates et courgettes du jardin magnifiques chaque semaine. Marco a répondu à toutes nos attentes et questions . La maison ainsi que la piscine magnifique étaient vraiment conforme à l annonce. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Soggiorno perfetto!!

Ottima posizione per visitare Lucca e dintorni. Comodo anche per raggiungere Firenze, circa 1:15 in treno e la Versilia in 30 minuti. Molto accogliente anche d’inverno grazie al camino che crea calore e convivialità. Soggiornato dal 02/01/20 al 05/01/20. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto presente. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Wunderbare Ferien in vernünftiger und schöner Unterkunft

Wir (zwei Familien, d.h. vier Erwachsene und sechs Kinder) haben eine schön eingerichtete, gut erhaltene und seriös renovierte Unterkunft vorgefunden. Der Pool ist nagelneu, ein Traum für alle Kids! Marco als Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns mit seinem Vater sogar den Pizzaofen nutzen lassen. Alles in allem: tolle Ferien, sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Ferien

Unsere zwei Wochen in Lucca waren herrlich Marco ist ein unglaublich hilfsbereiter und immer herzlicher Vermieter, der immer ansprechbar war. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Zimmer sind mit klimaanlage( leise) ausgestattet und es ist alles sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr groß und wird jeden Tag gepflegt - prima! Immer wieder gerne an diesen Ort!😊
