Welcome to this beautiful apartment in Antwerp! It is the perfect place to base yourself for a family vacation or a small group of friends. It is located in the historic centre and has all the is perfect for those who are looking for an unforgettable stay in this beautiful and vibrant city.

The Space:
This charming 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for families or a small group of friends. It has a cozy seating area, a spacious bedroom with superb views and an attached bathroom and a well-equipped modern kitchen. It is one big open space (no door between the bedroom and the living room) and there is a sofabed for two persons. Located in the bustling city center of Antwerp at the "Grote Markt", this is the ideal place to visit the lively metropole!

Please take into account that there is no elevator in the building and that this historical house is kept as authentic as possible which includes the typical steep stairs! Guests have the entire accommodation to themselves.

The owner provides high-quality bed and bath linen, which is included in the total reservation price upon confirmation. Upon arrival, all beds will be professionally prepared with hotel-quality linen. The bedrooms will also have soft bath linen sets that include one small and one big towel per person per reservation. Extra bed and bath linen can be ordered separately after your reservation confirmation.

The owner of this accommodation provides high-quality bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. One set of bed and bath linen per person, per stay. More can be ordered during your stay.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Modern apartment in historic Antwerp
This modern, comfortable apartment faced out on to Antwerp's Grote Markt -- great for people watching and viewing the square. It was extremely easy to navigate to the apartment from, and back to, Antwerp Centraal via the tram. The location made it easy to walk anywhere within the old city. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom facilities were nice, and the kitchen had adequate equipment for breakfasts and simple meals. We would recommend it and would stay there again -- we had a very nice stay.

Charming Apartment in Antwerp
We enjoyed the location of the apartment. The only recommendation is that there should be disclosure on the noise you would hear in the bedroom constantly throughout the day and night. We were unable to figure out where this noise originated but did see a container of ear plugs for guests to use. We purchased a bottle of wine, however, were unable to enjoy it as there was no corkscrew. We cannot give it 5 stars but happy to give our rating as 4 stars.

good and bad
The good. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view of the square and city hall are spectacular! The bad. It was very noisy at night with drunks yelling and screaming at all hours. The fire alarm went off one night at about 4 am. We left the building and stood outside in our robes. We tried calling Huswell the company that manages the apartment. No answer! We called the fire department. The police and fire department showed up and turned off the fire alarm.
