clean and comfy.

This Vrbo was clean and comfy. Spacious and felt like home. Nice gated community and about 6 miles to the Disney Parks.

Family vacation

We had a great time! Everything in the house was set up and ready for us. Speedy responses and very helpful. I plan to visit again! My favorite part of the house was the pool/bedroom view.

Great vacation home

The home was as advertised on Vrbo. It was clean, quiet and safe with no issues. There was lots of room for the 3 of us. It could easily accommodate a lot more people. The games room was a nice addition. We would definitely recommend this home.

Great stay

This was the perfect properrty in the perfect location. It had everything we needed for our family of 3 generations. The perfect place to kick back after a busy day. Even with the few tiny issues we had, the response was immediate. Thank you

Amazing luxury family villa

As soon as we opened the door it was so welcoming and we was all blown away. The Villa got everything and more that you could need.The villa has such high quality interior and exterior furniture, the pool and hot tub is absolutely amazing. Location was perfect for us not too close, but yet not too far from all the parks, The owner is so helpful and will go out of her way to help you. To top it all off the villa is set within a gated community which is so lovely and well looked after and feels extremely safe and peaceful.

Great house!!

We stayed over the 4th of July with another family. The owner is very communicative and the local manager very responsive when we had a minor question. The house has all new furniture and plenty of seating for the max occupancy. Both for dining and lounging. We also enjoyed all the little Disney decor fine touches. The only improvement that could be made is having portable fans in the bedroom closets for folks who sleep hot. Still, we loved the place and would 100% stay again!!

Hi Brandy, thank you for your lovely review of my villa, we will absolutely take your feedback on board and put some portable fans in the bedrooms that do not already have a ceiling fan. Some of our guests from UK ask for the aircon to be turned up, as they are too cold, but that should please everyone so good suggestion. Beautiful home

The house was very nice and stocked with everything we needed. My reason for 3 stars is the hot tub was something we definitely wanted and looked forward to having it. But the heat for the hot tub did not work at all for the entire week. We spoke with several different people The man that came to check the pool said it’s an electrical issue. Even though I loved the house I would have picked a different one had I known the hot tub would be cold ! Fun trip but very disappointed about this !

I am disappointed that you feel that way, as you know, I had the pool engineer & my local managers look at it for you. Once you followed the instructions correctly to switch it on, it was heated to over 90 degrees (as tested by them), so definitely not cold! There is no electrical issue with our pool. I always answered all your queries promptly and you didn’t raise this with me directly except on day two of your stay, before my managers called with you and said it was resolved.

Amazing home!!

We had such a great time! The home is sooo clean and decorated so beautifully. Our kids were in the pool pretty much the entire time and they had a blast! The outdoor area was very spacious and the pool was a great size! We have a 5 year old and a 10 year old and they loved it! There was even a bathroom outside which was great for the kids so they didn’t have to come inside wet! The bathtub in the master was awesome too and I being pregnant I appreciated being able to relax at the end of a long day at Disney! Disney was super close and was very convenient. All of the major stores were within 5-10 minutes and were easy to get to. Overall we had an awesome time and would def like to stay again for our next trip to Disney! One thing I will also note is that my mom accidentally left her jewelry behind and the host Diane reached out to me right away and mailed it back to us. So nice and appreciated!!
