We loved this property. It is clean, modern, and had everything we needed. From the outside, the house looked plain but the inside is very well fitted out - just as described in the listing. Everything - especially in the kitchen - is useful and purposeful. The street is quiet and felt safe. Importantly, the commute into the city of Durham, which we had to do every day, was excellent, with a bus stop just 1 minute walk away. There is a grocery store nearby. Street parking was super easy. We liked the property so much that we are returning for another extended stay.
