Perfect location if you plan not to stay in the home for most of the stay. Small kitchen, 2 bathrooms a plus. Laundry perkSpacious and very quaint. Family of three and it was perfect.

This was a great place. Location was great for what we wanted- the street right down from the apartment was full of delicious restaurants and shops. The only issue we encountered with the place had to do with the coffee pot and it was immediately handled and resolved. Loved staying here.

Spacious and comfortable accommodation on a great location

Perfect for a few days in Rome, right near all major attraction in the heart of the charming old part of Rome.

Excellent location. Walkable to everything. Bed was comfortable, apartment roomy, and having a washer was nice. Initial access was a little problematic because you have to use a web link to unlock a door and there’s no cell service at the door because it’s inside the building. Once you have keys, there’s no issue. It sits right above an intersection with lots of foot traffic which is a two edged sword; it’s great for watching people but can be a bit noisy if you go to bed before about 11 pm. We enjoyed our stay and the staff is very responsive on What’s App. They arranged our ride to the airport which was a great help.

Great location in and ancient building

Location was nice. The apartment had great character. There was a half step up from the living room into the kitchen and bedrooms. It was the same color floor on both sides of the step and hard to see.

Fine apartment in old building

Two separate bedrooms with bathrooms and a fine livingroom. Kitchen is to small for cooking, but why should you, with all the good restaurants in the area. Great for 4 people, a bit crowded if you are 6 people with 2 people sleeping in the Living room.

Close to everything

We stayed for six days with two kids and loved it. Walkable to all the classic sites, but not overrun by tourists. Great restaurants and cafes just outside your door.

Perfect location

Super easy to get around and see everything, either walking or by transit. Countless restaurants, gelato, clothing and other stores nearby. The building is interesting and the apartment is comfortable. Washing machine is a plus!

Great location, historic property

The location was perfect - easy walking distance of the Vatican and Piazza navona/Pantheon. So many restaurant options in that tiny lane from the apartment towards Piazza Navona. Kitchen is tiny but functional. Sofa bed is not the best but manageable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a lovely stay in this interesting & elegant apartment, right in the heart of the centro storico. Amazing little courtyard inside a very old building. Comfy enough beds, great dining table, view out over Roman streets. We watched the peloton race by on the final stage of the Giro d’Italia by complete fluke - a very singular moment.Steep stone steps up to the flat in case you have concerns, but my 80 year old mum managed fine with my arm & the bannister. The bridge to Castel Sant’Angelo is just up the street and around the corner you find a maze of streets and squares to explore. Grazie to Francesca & her colleagues. It was a wonderful place to stay.

excellent location to visit Rome and Vatican noisy, shower that works poorly with alternation of very hot and very cold water, tiny cups for breakfast no mugs,kitchen utensils are missing, the pillows are bad,the bedside lamp cannot turn on or off when lying down,

Great location

Best asset here is the location and cool building. The ac was good and it was super hot. We did not cook, but there was a small kitchen where we made tea and kept some things in fridge. Grabbed croissants for 1.50 around the corner. Visited Hadrian’s Mausoleum up the street, shopped and ate in the area. Only snafu was one toilet and loose and they re-glued it down while we were there. Two small flights of stairs to door. We enjoyed our time here.

Noisy

Way too loud. Musty smell. Hard to get sleep especially for kids. We only stayed 1 of 3 nights. Apartment is much darker than the photos show. Honestly not a terrible place but was pretty overpriced at over $300 per night. Was hoping to get 1 night refund but didn’t hear back.

Perfetto Alloggio per 4

Il nostro appartamento era perfetto per 4 persone: 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, un ampio soggiorno e una piccola cucina. La posizione è ideale per visitare Roma: in soli 5 minuti si raggiunge Castel Sant’Angelo e in 15 minuti il Vaticano. Ci sono bar e negozi di alimentari proprio dietro l’angolo. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Anche la comunicazione con il proprietario è stata perfetta. Grazie di tutto! Torneremo sicuramente! Le finestre potrebbero essere sostituite, perché si sentivano tutti i rumori provenienti dall’esterno.
