This Penthouse apartment ("angelishouse" - unit A) is provided with a large private PANORAMIC ROOF TERRACE.
The panoramic Terrace allows guest to enjoy maglificent views of Rome' rooftops. This property is located quite in the Heart of Old Historical centre.
The lower level consists of the living/dining room with a sofa bed (single) and kitchen area, the 1st bedroom and the 1st bathroom.
The upper level consists of the 2nd bedroom ("master"), the 2nd bathroom and accesses to the large panoramic roof terrace with a wonderful view of Rome.
Even though Trastevere is a very live/busy area (mostly at night when both natives and tourists like to walk in the narrows "vicoli" characteristic of this area), the street where the property is located is one of the most quiet of the area.
Then, to improve confort (and save evergy) all the windows are also "double glasses" provided.
This property is situated at the 3rd floor (no elevator).
The terrace is also equipped with "Lanai/Veranda", table/chairs, lounge chairs, gas BBQ, led "ambient" lights, lots of plants, flowers and seasonal organic spices.
Very high quality furnishings complete the interior design:
* Flat TV (HD) in each bedroom
* Wifi
* A/C and independent heating (in each room)
* Laundry room (washer + professional dryer machine)

The apartment is in a very nice area of Rome, lively during the day and calm at night. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which is ideal for up to four people. The rooftop terrace is an absolute highlight and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.Check-in was very easy. Alessio showed us the most important places and amenities in the neighborhood, giving us an excellent introduction to the area and making it easy to settle in right away. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back anytime.

Everything about our stay was absolute perfection. Our host, Alessio, was incredible—he was super communicative, checked in on us, and even took the time to show us around the neighborhood when we arrived. Whenever we texted him, he replied right away. The home itself is stunning, and everything inside was completely immaculate. The neighborhood is also in a fantastic, central location, making it super easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was fantastic! Location perfect for our family of 4. Terrace is amazing. Very clean. Every detail appreciated. What makes this place a standout is its host. Alessio is so genuine and helpful! He met us at the property and was a true concierge assisting with dinner reservations, recommending activities that would not bore our teens, giving safety tips and suggesting scenic routes for our walking travels. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! Highly recommend. Would book our next trip around availability for this place or any property with this host!

I stayed 4 nights with my wife and two kids-10 and 12. Alessio is an amazing host and has awesome place in Trastevere. The location is walking distance to great restaurants and many touring sites are 30 minutes walking at most. The highlight is the rooftop terrace, which is very large and provides great views. Even though the area is hopping, his place is nice and quiet at night. Would love to stay again sometime.

The Terrace!!! He has a washer and dryer. AC in the home. It was a perfect location for us to go explore Rome and surroudning areas.

My husband, two teenage sons, and I stayed here for 6 nights in July. Alessio was a great host, met us at the property when we arrived, helped carry our luggage up the stairs, showed us around the property and neighborhood. The rooftop terrace was what drew us to this property, and it was amazing. Unfortunately we were there during the intense heat wave and didn't get to enjoy it as much as we had hoped! The view of the sunrise was beautiful from the rooftop. The location is amazing, and the bedroom space was more than adequate for the four of us. Having both a washer and a dryer available was much needed, as it was so hot we often went through two sets of clothes each a day. The reason for four stars rather than five is due to the limited indoor living space, which would not have been an issue if it hadn't been so hot. Definitely recommend this place, just not when it is so hot!

Perfect location for visiting central Rome, very quiet, authentic and felt safe. With traditional shops and restaurants all within 5mins walk. Best place stayed whilst staying in Rome. The host was fantastic - not intrusive but always available. Offered advice and recommendations and assistance with our taxi booking. Met us on arrival and showed us round. Also helped us with our luggage! Place was very well equipped - couldn’t think of anything that was missing. Air con super. Rooftop terrace was amazing to have. A very rare find. Would recommend to everyone. Would happily stay again. Thank you Alessio.

We actually had rented another property that cancelled on us at the last minute so Alessio and this incredible place saved us!! Alessio is a wonderful host - you can tell he does this as a profession and takes his work very seriously. He was a great communicator and made us feel very safe after our other property really made us question our decision with booking with VRBO. The apartment is wonderful. The bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was great. The kitchen and living area were bright and fully stocked. The rooftop terrace, though, was our favourite. We spent a lot of time up there relaxing in the sun and one evening we had a little private concert as the neighbor across the street is a concert pianist. This place is spectacular 10/10.

The host, Alessio, was amazing. Showed us around the neighborhood and made sure we had everything we needed at the beautiful location. Quiet area with much character. Great roof terrace to enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Easy walk to the attractions in Rome. By far, our number one favorite place to stay in Rome thanks to our fantastic host Alessio.
