This beach house has a convenient private entrance to the boardwalk and the beach. The house is maintained to a very clean and healthy standard.
It is the second house back from the boardwalk.
One-car reserved parking is directly next to the house.
A table and outdoor gas barbecue are provided. Inside, there is central air throughout.
The living room with its cathedral ceiling offers cable T.V., Wi-Fi and board games for entertainment.
There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen as well as a full-sized washer and dryer.
It's location on a private, family-friendly lane adds to your enjoyment and privacy.
RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING THEIR OWN SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, AND TOWELS. PLEASE REACH OUT TO OWNER FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO RENT THEM IF SO DESIRED.

This property was a great find. Clean and comfortable and two houses away from the beach. Pt Pleasant is a family-friendly location with plenty of activities for everyone. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Beach vacation!

This is our second year staying at a Festa property. Everything is as expected, the homes are clean and well maintained and location is perfect… especially for family with young children! Looking forward to staying at one of their homes next year!

Awesome Location

My family had an amazing time staying at Bob's house. The location is great, house was very clean, and all the neighbors were very nice. Staying here you have private access to the boardwalk and you are within walking distance to so many good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Spacious and one house from boardwalk

Very nice house and owner was very responsive through text. Very close to the beach and many places to eat within walking distance.

Pt Pleasant Stay

This is a lovely property in a great location. Two houses from the beach and the boardwalk. It is located far enough from Jenkinson’s that you don’t get all the traffic/noise but close enough to enjoy all the boardwalk has to offer. The beach is also beautiful in this area. Our family had a wonderful time.

Nice Quiet getaway

House was a good size for 3 people. Parking tight. The neighbors who I believe were renting as well had two little dogs that barked a ton when they were gone. Perfect walk to beach and main boardwalk.

Great Family Vacation House

The house is steps from the boardwalk in a quiet place of town. It's spacious inside and was very clean when we arrived. Bob was responsive when we had a few questions. Overall, my family had an excellent time and I'd recommend the house to anyone with small children.

Relaxing stay at the Shore.

Bob and Sue's Beach house was perfect, it had everything we needed. The house was spotless and comfortable. Bob was very helpful with any questions and requests. The beach is maybe 100 feet away so you can not beat that. We will book with Bob on our next trip to the Shore.

Perfect Getaway - Great Location!

We stayed here during Christmas week, visiting nearby family. The house was perfect for us. It was just two of us, so we had plenty of room. (There are three bedrooms and two full baths). The beds were very comfortable as was the rest of the house. We didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee in the morning, but it was well stocked with pots and pans etc. and there was plenty of counter space if we had needed it. The Point Pleasant boardwalk was only steps away which made this a perfect location. Would definitely recommend this home for your stay in Point Pleasant.

Parking

Stay was wonderful - only drawback was parking. One narrow space blocking next door entrance if you didn't park as far into the space as you can. When you did this, using the picnic table wasn't possible.

Comfortable place and great location

We were four friends in town for a nearby music festival. The place was very comfortable and the location was great. So convenient for boardwalk walks! We’d stay there again. We liked the open layout too- was great for friends who wanted to keep talking to each other whether upstairs or down! (Minor thing: It could have been a bit cleaner—especially downstairs bathroom and floors.)

Quiet & Convenient

This is our 3rd summer renting from Bob and we love it! This is the 1st year in this house and it won't be our last. The location to the boardwalk and beach can't be beat. The location is 1 house back from the boardwalk and minutes to all the shops and restaurants, but so quiet at night. We are a family of 4 and this location made getting to the beach a snap with 2 kids and we enjoyed several nights at Strollos Ice cream, just a minute walk down the street. Bob is always so helpful and responsive should we need anything. This is the ideal beach house getaway!

Christmas Week

House was very clean, well heated and had 2 nice, large bathrooms. My family enjoyed being close to the beach & the arcades even if it was only 35 degrees outside! Bedrooms are good size and comfortable. Overall a good experience! House has parking for 1 car but on-street parking was available at the end of the lane.

Quick Trip to Point Pleasant

Robert’s place was perfect for a quick weekend visit to point pleasant to see family. Clean, all of the necessities, and great location. Would be awesome in the summer located so close to the beach!
