This was a wonderful home. Location to the beach was a 2 min easy walk. Nice quiet location. House was a great size for the 14 of us and the yard was great for the evening to sit and relax. Very clean and well equipped.

This is our second year booking this location and we absolutely love it. It doesn't have a lot of extra frills but for our family with lots of little ones it is perfect.

Great house just off the beach

The house was fantastic and in a perfect location just off Jenkinson’s boardwalk. Very short walk to the beach, cannot beat it!

Point Pleasant Beach Getaway

The location is fantastic and is near to the beach and boardwalk. The house itself was great and has ample room for a large family. The owner was also very responsive to any issues we had during our stay.

Cindy was an amazing host. Very easy to communicate with, straight forward and quick responses. The property was perfect for what we were looking for. We had a big family reunion, so was a great property in being right next to the beach/boardwalk/restaurants etc. so the family could come and go as they pleased and still accommodate the group of people we had. It was also nice as they included beach toys, chairs, and a few other things for the ocean. It was so nice to not have to buy those things for the kids. The only "complaints" we had were that the stairs were quiet steep. We had a lot of older people and young kids, so had to be very careful using them. Also, suppling our own linens was a little challenging. I appreciate Cindy letting us know ahead of time that this is not a part of the rental and it also states in on VRBO, but when traveling and flying in that could be a difficult task to get those things there. I can understand why she rents this way, but again does make it a little tricky with the far travel. Otherwise, everything else was absolutely amazing and we had an awesome trip. I know we would love to come back and rent that same house in the future as price was right, the location was great, and was pretty much exactly for what we were looking for. Thank You Cindy : )

Family wedding

We stayed here for my daughter's small wedding. Perfect location and house that accomodates larger parties. The house has a narrow and steep staircase so it isn't easy to manuever for people with mobility issues. In addition, there was no toilet paper, paper towesl, garbage bags, soap in showers, etc. so be prepared . Other than that, a perfect place for large parties!

Jersey vacation

Great house, great outside area, close to everything. Only downfall was you had to bring your own linens, bath towels, dish towels etc. Recommend an outdoor canopy for shade and rain days.

Great location!

We were in town for a wedding and decided to make a family vacation out of it. The house was excellent. We had family come visit from Wall and Pennsylvania. The back patio was the perfect entertaining spot. We had the best view of the 4th of July fireworks. The only complaint I have is how difficult managing the temperature in the house was. We could not cool the upstairs properly without having the master room door open. The refrigerator in the garage was an awesome surprise. We used the beach toys and chairs and umbrella in the garage as well. Cindy was very responsive and a great host. Thank you!

Location, location, location!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Our host communicated with us every step of the way. The house was beautiful and very spacious with a fantastic outside area to relax. We were only a block and a half away from the beach and the boardwalk. Excellent quiet neighborhood too. If we are back in the area again, we will definitely stay here! I just cannot say enough great things about the host, house location and neighborhood!! Thank you so much for an absolutely fantastic vacation!!

Great location

We had a great stay and Cindy was very quick to respond to our needs. The house was comfortable, clean and in a great location to our needs for the stay. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star overall rating was because it was a terrible inconvenience to bring our own towels and linens. We flew in so it meant extra luggage, dirty sheets and wet towels going home.

Super spacious for our big family group!

Cindy (property manager) is an awesome host, kind and responsive. We loved the location and house overall. We hosted Thanksgiving for our family of 13 with a few toddlers. We'd come back again!
