Beautiful A-Frame lake house at Ute Lake Logan, NM

Two bedroom A-Frame house with views of the lake. Great place for a weekend away. House is close to the campground and lake access. Loft bedroom has a King Size bed with bathroom attached. Bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed. There are 2 sofas in the living room that pull out to queen beds for extra guests. Washer and dryer is in the downstairs bathroom. There is a grill and a fire pit on the property.

The kitchen has everything that you will need for your stay. The only thing you need to bring is the food. There are a few spices and oil for your use. There are towels and linens for your stay as well.

There is plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats in the driveway.

Beautiful Lake Cabin

This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the lake. Very clean and comfortable home. 10/10 would recommend.

Weekend at the lake

We enjoyed our time in Logan visiting family. This house perfectly fit our needs - it was comfortable, clean, and close to the lake activities we had planned. Would definitely stay again.

Another amazing visit!

This was my second visit to this wonderfully relaxing home, and we enjoyed every minute! Sitting on the deck is lovely, listening to birds and having the occasional deer and fawn stroll by was a treat! Thank you for another awesome stay, Wendy!!

Great place to get away. Quite and peacefully.

Great trip. Loved watching the deer, listening to all the birds. Watching people fish! Wendy had thought of it all.

Perfect getaway out the city!

The cabin is just as described: beautiful views and fully stocked. We had so much fun relaxing on the multiple decks and visiting the state park. The little grocery store in town was adorable and had what we needed. Everyone we met was so kind and friendly! We will definitely return!

Beautiful view

Beautiful home has everything you could possibly need. Did have issues with the breaker turning ac off and Pineneedles all over the porch and patio furniture. Very close to the water and an amazing view.

Perfect!

Wendy's place is so beautiful. The location is perfect and so easy to get to. Check in was easy. Her place is very well stocked from plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen appliances and utensils. The gas grill was not working properly but that wasn't a big deal. My sister and I were there to spread our mom's ashes in UTE lake. Wendy's place provided us with the peace we needed. Thanks Wendy!!!!

Totally relaxing

I’d like to say this property is horrible so that it would be available every time we wanted it but I can’t. The house is very comfortable with a great view. Beautiful pine trees provide shade. Deer walked up to the house and grazed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Quick drive in either direction gets you to lake access. Wendy was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We are already planning a return trip in a couple of months.

Short lake vacation

Everything was great with only one draw back, couldn’t find tv changer for LR. Attempted contact by phone and left message but didn’t receive call back. We survived without the tv and had more time on the lake!

Fantastic house on the lake!

This house was perfect! Four adult males in town for a fishing tournament. This house had everything we needed to be comfortable. We would stay here again.

Met our needs

Heating was difficult to regulate due to having to use space heaters. Kitchen and baths were clean but dust and cobwebs were visible in common areas. Overall it served our needs. There was a great view of the lake and allowed for viewing beautiful sunsets. Thanks for being pet friendly.

Wonderful Time at the Lake!

Can’t say enough about this cute little Cabin/Lakehouse that looks right over Ute Lake! Quiet location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! We came in from Albuquerque, NM with our pontoon boat and so enjoyed our time! Boat dock right around the corner. Will definitely rent again when we return to the lake! You can’t go wrong with this rental and host! Thank you Wendy for sharing your place with us!
