This home is just a short drive from the town of Hanalei and the gateway to the North Shore attractions, beaches and trails.
You'll truly enjoy this home with a spacious and inviting floor plan.
-Seven beach trails are within walking distance from the house, with snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, beachcombing, and much more. Some are season dependent.
-Less than a mile away is Hanalei Bay Resort, Happy Talk Lounge, Hideaways, One Hotel, and other Princeville attractions.
-Just a short stroll from the house is sunset point. A beautiful gathering point to watch the sunset and whales, depending on the time of year.
-Princeville Shopping center, library, park, and restaurants are just a mile from the house.
-Located directly across from Princeville walking/jogging and Makai Golf club.
-Makai golf club offers sunset golf cart tours, golfing, a Wednesday night market with live music and more. Makai Golf Club at Princeville is proudly known as one of the most scenic golf courses in the world. Makai Golf club boasts numerous breathtaking locations and amazing sunset views.

The entire upper level of the home consists of a spacious master suite perfect for honeymooners or anyone just needing their own private suite.

-The Master Suite features a king-size canopy bed, desk, wet bar with mini-fridge, couch, 55" TV, and 5 piece master bath with Jacuzzi tub.
-The first-floor living area includes a family dining area for 8 that is just off the kitchen and adjoins the living room with French doors leading into a screened-in lanai perfect for morning coffee, informal meals, or time with friends and family relaxing.
-The first floor includes a master bedroom with a private full bath and two additional bedrooms with a shared bath.

Perfect location

Great house and host. Very responsive, but didn’t need to ask any questions, except once. That’s shows how well the stay went, without issues.

Great house for our family vacation!

Our family of 8 enjoyed the house and the pool. We grilled brats, had coffee in the wonderful screened in sun room, and all easily fit around the large dining room table. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beach chairs and boogie boards weee awesome! We didn’t have a chance to ride the bikes. So close to Hanalei Bay and walking distance to Queens Bath. Great communication from Brandi too!

Family of 10

The property was perfect for our large family gathering! Well equipped, clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool even though it was quite chilly for the kids due to little sun with lots of rain and wind. Did quite a bit of island driving which was my fault for not researching areas. Neighborhood was upscale. Made great use of the bbq. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. A wonderful time was had by all from ages 4-72!

Spacious & great neighborhood

Everything we needed was right there, laundry, full kitchen, pool, lots of bedrooms and even a roll away so the kids could spread out. She was great with communications. It was right across from the golf course. Would stay there again for sure.

We are originally from Colorado. We have been coming to Kauai for over 20 years and love it here. We love everything outdoors from Snorkeling, surfing, hiking, kayaking and, paddle boarding the warm Hawaiian waters to hiking the Colorado mountains and skiing and snowboarding. We are a small family of three. When searching for a place in Hawaii we wanted to find a place that multigenerational families or a couple of families traveling together could enjoy. A place to gather, relax and enjoy meals together before and after a day out exploring.

We love the central location of this home. It is close to all of our favorite activities. We picked this home because it can accommodate the extended family and friends. There is ample living area to enjoy each other's company and have your private space. The North shore Kauai is gorgeous and not like any other area of Hawaii that we have seen.

Large suite upstairs with private entrance, house access and entrance.
Across from Makai Golf Club, jogging walking path and centrally located to all of Princeville attractions, beaches and restaurants.
We have left beach equipment such as chairs, snorkel gear, sand buckets, beach towels etc. We have tried to make this a perfect getaway that you can just show up to.
