Ground floor apartment located a few hundred metres from a safe beach and one of Funen's largest marinas. From two bedrooms there is access to one of the terraces and from the living room you have access to the large terrace. Besides the 4 beds in the two bedrooms there is a possibility of 2 extra beds on the couch in the living room. The apartment is equipped with bathroom with shower. Kitchen with white high gloss kitchen doors. Furthermore, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and built-in cooker/oven in stainless steel. From the living room there are views of a small lake in front of the house with a "terrace" in the water for common use. The small lake has a calming effect and it is always interesting to sit and look at it both morning and evening. The beach is reached by the small paths in the area. The apartment terrace has garden furniture. No letting to builder groups. NOTE: There is construction going on behind the apartment over the summer, so construction noise may occur.
