The property, located in a quiet and panoramic position, is characterized by a large private lawned garden, completely fenced, which overlooks the surrounding countryside, the hills and the beautiful oak woods. The swimming pool, measuring 12x6 with a depth varying from 1.2 to 1.6 meters, is located near the farmhouse in a sunny position with an exceptional panorama. Paved solarium area equipped with deckchairs/loungers, umbrellas and hot and cold shower. The kitchen leads to a patio with gazebo equipped with table, chairs and portable barbecue, the ideal place for lunches and outdoor grills or to just spend pleasant moments of relaxation. During the restoration, the architectural elements of the Sienese Chianti tradition were maintaned, such as the exposed stone, the ceilings with beams and joists, the terracotta floors. The farmhouse is distributed on two levels. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens onto a bright dining room characterized by French windows, leading to the furnished loggia and the garden. Separated by a door is the well-equipped kitchen which leads to the patio, with a gazebo equipped for lunches and pleasant moments of relaxation. Also on the ground floor, guests will find 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower (one of which with a washing machine).
On the first floor there is a bright living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms, 4 bathrooms with shower.

Location
The farmhouse is located on top of a hill (700 meters above sea level), in the upper part of the Chianti hills, an hour's drive from Florence and Siena. The house is located in a position of total privacy and tranquility with a splendid view of the woods and Siena in the distance.

Casale Montelucci is equipped with wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning, pellet central heating, baby bed and high chair, courtesy set in the bathrooms, mosquito nets on the bedroom windows.

Services
The price includes: the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (with weekly change), internet connection, water, gas (but not heating) and electricity (but not air conditioning) consumption. Possibility on request and to be paid for on the spot: cooking courses, cook, domestic help.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Check-in is from 5 pm to 9 pm (after 9 pm a fee of 30 Euros is required). Pets are allowed upon payment. Access to the house via 600 meters of dirt road in good condition.Activities and Distances
The farmhouse is an excellent starting point for visiting the main cities of Tuscany, such as Siena and Florence, or the ancient hamlets and castles owned in the past by the noble Florentine and Sienese families. Possibility of tours and tastings in the Chianti farms and wineries, horseback riding, excursions and trekking.
