We had a family get together & the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room, fully equipped large kitchen, dishwasher (which was run 2x day), washer/dryer, 3 showers, big yard and awesome deck. There is a grocery store within minutes and an easy drive to downtown Helena, The view is spectacular & the birds were singing every morning. Very private with no close neighbors. We will be back,

Beautiful spacious log and Timberframe construction. Super craftsmanship. Big deck overlooking man-made (for water skiing) lake. Very picturesque setting, quiet neighborhood but easy access to shopping and downtown. Very large well maintained lot and well separated from neighbors. Well equipped kitchen. Interior was clean and well appointed, exterior shows wildlife like this property, too.Fantastic value for a lovely house, we definitely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to return.Attached photo is view from deck on to lake and mountains in background; a very nice place to relax and take in the surroundings.

The property is beautiful, very clean and stocked with the right appliances. The outdoor lawn is well kept and nice view. Close to grocery store and shopping but far enough away to give you that out in the country fill.

The view of the small lake was awesome. It was private, but also close to town. Very nice place and Ryan was very easy to work with, getting back to your questions quickly.

Beautiful spot

The location was great! Close to town but yet on a beautiful private lake. My Dad enjoyed sitting and watching the skiers go by from the deck.

I highly recommend this property.The host was quick to respond to messages and flexible. The check in process was easy. The property was a good fit for our family of 4 adult couples, plus room for more family to gather. The setting is idealic with the lake setting. It is convenient to the airport, restaurants and shopping.The upstairs bedrooms could use more hooks or area to hang clothes (and hangers), drawers to hold folding clothes and a chair for sitting. Those were minor items.I would definitely book again when returning to Helena.

Spacious and relaxing

This house worked out great for a large group. We enjoyed our stay at the home and the peaceful neighborhood. The kids loved exploring and the adults enjoyed relaxing.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this home. Communication with the host was great. The property is located on a private water skiing lake, my grandkids had a lot of fun watching the skiers.
