Beautiful home with a gorgeous view - located a short stroll (3 blocks) from downtown. This modern, yet rustic retreat is perfect for groups and families wanting to be in the action of town, but feel like they are isolated on a meadow far from civilization.

This home has hiking and biking trails that start within 50 yards of the front door. The public picnic area and park are a block away. The Mill Pond and the Little Red Shops are all a short three block walk away.

Moms' Getaway

This house was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean, comfortable, and extremely well stocked. We all felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the big space to be able to comfortably hang out together in the living room while doing puzzles, watching a movie, or just admiring the amazing view. We were also extremely appreciative of how well stocked the house was with cooking tools, amenities and more. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful, comfortable, and welcoming spot.

Beautiful property!

Perfect location. I can’t say enough nice things about this house. We loved waking up early to enjoy coffee in front of the fire and watch deer in the meadow.

Everything was Fabulous!

This property was perfect for our group. We were in town attending my niece’s wedding. Beautiful home, all the necessities, clean, comfortable and great views. Communication with the host was prompt and excellent. I would definitely stay here again if we were coming to town!!

Beautiful property, inside and out!!

Wonderful place to have a multi-generational vacation- there's so much room, great spaces to all gather and to be separate. The backyard faces onto a huge meadow, has several comfortable areas to congregate, and swings and a hammock for all ages to enjoy. It's very close to town, and a short drive to gorgeous Lakes Basin hikes .

Incredible home!

This house is beautiful inside and out! It was incredibly clean and comfortable. A great place to spend quality time with family. The swings were a favorite and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful modern house, tranquil setting

This house feels like a HGTV dream home! Wonderful modern house tucked away in a meadow, yet close to town. Brandee was very communicative. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful home

Beautiful and Relaxing Christmas in Graeagle

My family and I had a wonderful holiday at the Ambrosia family’s gorgeous home. We cooked, watched movies, enjoyed the spectacular views, and explored Sardine Lake nearby. Can’t wait to visit again soon. ❤️

Amazing Home

a truly amazing Home with great views that makes you feel like your are staying in a real home. It is warm and welcoming with views off the back deck are wonderful. Professional kitchen and high end bathrooms really complete the home.

Absolutely perfect.

The perfect home for a family gathering. The 4yr old twins loved the swings and woke up early every morning to say "Hi" to the cows. The house has a wonderful layout and was quite kid friendly for our other 2 infants. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to stay again.

Graeagle Weekend Wedding

We rented this cabin for the weekend our daughter was getting married at Twenty Mile House. The location was perfect and the cabin is stunning - even better than the pictures. The decor is amazing with all the barn doors and the outside deck was perfect for a post-wedding family brunch. This property is fabulous and the owner Brandee was a sweetheart to work with. For sure, we will be renting this property again.

Beautiful Family Home!

Everything about this rental property was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked and had more than I expected. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable and spacious. The backyard has a beautiful view, and we even saw wildlife in the early morning or near dawn. The swings were a complete hit with our sons!! We couldn't have asked for a better stay! We would highly recommend this property to anyone who plans to visit the area.

Amazing beyond our expectations

I reached out to Brandee over a year ago to book this house for my son's wedding at Twenty Mile House. This house was stunning - beyond our expectations. Everything from the location to the beautiful interior layout to the outside deck facing the meadows and the fire pit. We were able to entertain out of state visitors, host a small bbq and feel comfortable just relaxing. We didn't need a thing - you could walk to town...we were close to the wedding venue. I can't wait to stay there again! Simply the most ideal home we have stayed in on VRBO

Beautiful home

This home is almost perfect. Just two things; master had no place to hang up clothes and freezer was stuffed with food. No place for our ice cream. Otherwise it is, without a doubt, one of the best rentals we’ve experienced in 15 years. A pair of sandhill cranes entertained us for our entire stay. Brandee was incredibly responsive to all our needs. Rent it - you won’t be sorry.

Hands Down our best VRBO stay ever!

This property is simply fantastic. There is tremendous pride of ownership, and it is also clear that the owner enjoys spending time here. The home is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures, only better. While we only had five people staying here while attending a wedding nearby, we hosted 25 friends and family on the evening after the wedding for a dinner. The home had everything needed even for a gathering of that size, and the combination of indoor dining room table and outdoor dining table, plus plenty of chairs on the deck, enabled us to accomodate everyone comfortably. The setting and rear views are sublime. Again, just can't say enough good things about this property.

Great Rental.

We loved this rental house. It was perfect for our group. Thank you for a magical stay in Graeagle. Only negative for us was quite a few mosquitos in the upstairs bedrooms and a few of the party suffered many bites. We'll bring more mosquito repellant for next time. Also we found fire pit in garage but weren't sure if we were allowed to use it, so didn't. Only improvement for us personally would be to have some bikes in the house so we didn't have to bring our own. We loved cycling to Blairsden bakery in the morning. Thank you. We loved our stay. This is a great rental.

Our stay at this house in Graeagle was definitely "over the top"! We enjoyed the open airy feeling of the dining room, kitchen, and living room with many windows facing the mountains. There were 8 of us staying for the weekend with plenty of space for all of us and room for a few more. We spent lots of time sitting out on the large wrap-around deck out back enjoying the views of mountains in the distance. The unique lighting, kitchen and plumbing fixtures proved that extensive research went into the design and construction of this special get a way. We had the wonderful surround sound on once the first person was out of bed for the duration of the day. This house is a very unique place to celebrate a special weekend with family and friends.

Amazing Place!

My family and I had a great time staying here. We’ve rented a number of different places in Graeagle, but this place was at the top! It was clean, well furnished and stocked, comfortable, and located so close to town. We really want to come back to it in the summer!! Brandee was so amazing to work with. She was very responsive and friendly. We had never been to Graeagle in the winter, and she gave us so many fun ideas and activities with great directions so we could get there! We went snowshoeing - something we’d never even think of - and had a great time!! This was truly a great place and experience. We’re sold on Graeagle for the winter as well as summer now. You can tell when working with Brandee how much she loves the house as well as the town. It really come through and makes a difference!!
