Large country home with huge rustic great room that opens to a loft. 3 BRS, 1 Bath, Woodstove, well appointed Kitchen and separate DR. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the 3Rd has 2 twin trundle beds.

Outside has a large yard and deck with Patio set, BBQ and a dock, so you can boat, row or swim to the big Lake from Shannon Brook. Balmoral amenities include a beautiful sandy beach, boat launch, tennis, playground and more.
There are many restaurants for casual and upscale dining very close by.
Perfect location for summer fun with swimming, hiking, kayaking, fishing, golf, mini golf and many more attractions..
The fall brings the beautiful foliage, antiquing, shopping and fairs.
Winter fun includes snomobiling out the door to Castle in the Clouds, skiing, and ice fishing to name a few. Also many of New Hampshires best ski mountains are within 45 minutes .

We absolutely loved the place in the backyard. The dock on the canal, the setting the beautiful home, the fire pit, the gas grill the picnic table on the back deck, it was all absolutely wonderful and we had a wonderful time.

The home is exactly as described with a spacious and inviting open floor plan and comfortable sleeping areas. The yard is also large and open with lovely sitting spots. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. We will come back!

Columbus Day Weekend Getaway

We had a great time staying here over the Columbus Day weekend. The house is quite spacious and very comfortable. Everything was spotless and the house has all of the needed amenities, both inside and out. A perfect spot for a fall weekend with our family!

Laconia Bike Week

The house and property are very nice and well kept exactly as described, very spacious house with one paved driveway. Nice quiet neighborhood away from the center of bike week but close enough to get to everything. Susan and Lee are both very easy to get in touch with if you have any questions. Would definitely consider coming back up when it’s not bike week just to get away and relax.

Excellent proximity to private neighborhood beach. Outside area overlooking the brook was so relaxing to enjoy with our morning coffee. The house was perfect!

Friendly neighbors in Moultonborough

The house was perfect large bed rooms, fully functional kitchen if you want to stay in and make dinners or lunches on the grill. The neighbors were all very friendly and met some really delightful full timers at the rec center for Friday night acoustic set by a 2-piece band. If there was anything not perfect, the water level in the channel the house sits along, was very low and made negotiating it out to the big lake with an outboard a little tricky. Overall, highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay again

Wonderful Week

What a great place to stay with your family! The house was perfect for our needs, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Directions and instructions were clear and concise. We could fish in the creek from the back yard and walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Susan and Lee were very helpful with any questions we had throughout the entire process. We will be back next year, for sure!

Wonderful Getaway

I could not believe how clean this vacation home was. The host was so kind and considerate, had great communication, and made this such an easy process. It was an incredible birthday vacation. I would come back in a heartbeat! The fireplace, scenery, everything was peaceful and over the top beautiful. Thank you again Susan for everything!!

Comfortable stay

The house is spacious, clean, and cozy. There was everything we would need during our stay. The location is great - it is only one minute drive to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again in the future!

Wonderful Time

From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd love it here. They have everything you could need while vacationing. Very easy to communicate with Susan and Lee. Kids thought the brook was the best! And was so nice that our son's boat was able to be docked right at the cottage. Can't wait for next year's vacation!

Something for everyone

Perfect property and location. Everything was easy. Easy walk to the beach, easy to bring the boat and go out tubing and fishing, easy to walk to the tennis courts, drive to mountains, and sit and relax at the house. We aren't the type of family to sit still and we all found things that we wanted to do. When we were all at the house we had no problem preparing meals and eating as a family while still having space to spread out when we needed time on our own. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Great location very quiet . Easily accessible to lake , an other locations. Plenty of room for family’s. House was clean an had everything we needed to cook with . Communicating with the owner was very easy . Will stay here again in the future !
