Welcoming and comfortable rental with thoughtful attention to detail. From the candy jar to a full toiletry closet, every comfort item was available.Be prepared for dark and unpaved road into unit.

My family had a wonderful stay here at this property. The house is very clean and well-kept. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice location with boat landing and private beach nearby (with pass) - large common space and bath - well equipped kitchen and great decor. WiFi was a bit slow but all else was excellent.

Beautiful rental with all the amenities - they truly have thought of everything! Firepit, awesome deck, stocked kitchen, cozy towels, easy to use laundry, and more! Very clean and well maintained - highly recommend.

We simply cannot say enough good things about our stay here. We traveled for my cousin‘s wedding at Castle in the cCouds, which was only a 10 minute drive away. It was a perfect home base. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. My toddler especially enjoyed counting how many bears and moose were around the house! Gregg and Annemarie provided all of the comforts of home, including a welcome basket, selection of toiletries, and candy dish. They truly went above and beyond. We would love to come back in the summertime and enjoy the outdoor space in warmer weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t recommend this property highly enough. Easily the best and most thoughtful property we have ever stayed at. Thank you for a great trip!

What a beautiful and comfortable home! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. It truly had all the comforts of home and more. The thoughtful extras—snacks, water, candy, toiletries, and other sundries—were such a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated.The home was beautiful, cozy, spotless, and clearly prepared with guests in mind. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. Highly recommend this wonderful VRBO!

We felt like family during our 4 day stay for my son's wedding at Castle in the Clouds. The location was conveniently nearby the venue, as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping in Meredith and Wolfboro. The space was impeccably decorated and very clean. Everything seemed brand new! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The living room was a great space for our family to hang out and watch a movie. We would absolutely stay here again. An excellent experience!

We had an excellent stay while cerebrating America’s 250th! The home was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean from the moment we arrived. Every room was thoughtfully furnished, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the home truly had every amenity you could ask for. From comfortable beds to inviting living spaces, every detail made our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, and it was a great place to unwind after spending our days on the lake and making memories. The hosts clearly take pride in maintaining the property, and it showed in every aspect of our experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed home away from home.

We have stayed in many wonderful VRBO properties over the years and I have to say that Gregg and Annmarie's property tops the list. The house was beautiful and very clean. One of our favorite activities was sitting out on the large deck enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a book. At night we sat around the fire pit. The wifi was also very good as we didn't have any issues connecting or with slow service.What impressed us the most was just how well stocked the house was. From coffee and snacks to toiletries anything you could possibly need was available. Everything was clearly labeled making it easy to find.Communication with the hosts was simple and questions were always answered promptly. It's very evident to us that Gregg and Annmarie take great pride in their role as hosts. Looking at all the 10/10 reviews proves it. I highly recommend staying here and we are looking forward to our next visit

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Our group of 7 spent a full week here, and the home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we especially loved spending evenings by the fireplace and sitting on the deck after riding the area.The location was perfect—peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery, yet convenient to everything we wanted to do around Moultonborough, Laconia, Mt. Washington and Maine. Gregg was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out.We made so many great memories during our 7-night stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again. Highly recommend to families or groups looking for a NH getaway!
