This is a sweet one-story home on a shaded lot in a quiet neighborhood. There are 2 bedrooms with queens and 2 full baths (one in the Master bedroom). The kitchen has attractive cabinetry, counters and flooring. The spacious living room has a gas fireplace. You can enjoy the outdoors by relaxing on the back deck which includes a gas grill. It is 4.5 miles from the Stadium and near restaurants and shopping. To watch sports on TV please bring a laptop or other device to connect to the HDMI to stream your subscription (or non-subscription) channels as we do not have sports channels on our cable.

Perfect location and a lovely-spotless home. Susan hits the spot with stocking nice amenities too!

This home met our every need, and then some! Completely spotless!! The water in the fridge- how did you read our mind? The fresh fruit and college diner stickies were a bonus. IF I had to make one suggestion, it would be for one more comfy chair in the living room. But overall, exceeded our expectations. Thank you! We will be back.

Perfect spot. Perfect hosts!

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. Sue is the perfect host. She met us upon arrival, and showed us the house. It’s immaculately kept, well maintained, fully stocked (and then some) with everything we needed. The gas fireplace was a lovely treat following a cold football game. Perfect for 2 couples, excellent location to all things Penn State. Quiet street, just off the beaten path. The extra touches (fresh fruit, coffee and water, and fresh baked sticky buns!) put this place over the top. We’d love to come back to stay again. Thanks Sue!

Great for a weekend

We had a lovely stay when visiting recently for a Penn State home football game! The house was very clean and organized. Perfect space for two couples. We’d definitely stay again!

Cozy little cottage!

This is a perfect size home for a weekend getaway for 1 or 2 couples, with all the cozy conveniences of home! Sue thought of everything to make our stay comfy, including cold water bottles, OJ, coffee & creamers, tea, hot chocolate, sticky buns with butter, apples and bananas, and nice clean dishes to enjoy it all! Very clean home, with comfy beds/bedding/pillows, extra blankets if needed, soft towels and extra toiletries in the bathrooms, incase we forgot anything! It was a PERFECT weekend! Thank you so much, Sue, for sharing your home with us! We will be back!!

Sue was a pleasure to book with and helpful throughout the whole process. The place was well kept and accommodating. If you’re heading to Penn State for a football weekend this is a great spot to stay!

Very quaint, clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Our host, Susan, couldn’t have been any better. Super easy to communicate with and she thought of every detail. Would definitely stay here again!

Graduation

We came up to State College for our daughter’s graduation. Sue’s house was super clean and perfect for our needs. And Sue provides an array of little touches that made our stay so much nicer. We fit five adults comfortably. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. Plenty of parking. Convenient to so many things. Thanks, Sue!

Immaculate house perfect for 2 couples; great spot!

Stayed at this house for the Ohio State game. The house was perfect for 2 couples. It was immaculate! Everything looked brand new! The bedding was great and we seemed like the first people to use it, it's in such great condition! The whole house seemed brand new! I feel like I can speak from experience because I'm an owner of a 5 start-rated beach house on LBI that I rent and Sue's house is fabulous! Speaking of Sue, she's wonderful! She wants to make sure her guests are happy and will bend over backwards to make your stay the best. From the very beginning inquiry she was responsive and helpful and was available all weekend if we had any questions; Thanks Sue! The only bad part of the weekend is that we lost - a painful loss ; ( If you have 2 couples, this is a perfect house!

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well equipped for our needs and Sue was the perfect Hostess. She was always accessible and very quick to answer my many questions, since this was my first time renting through VRBO. I would definitely book a return visit!

Great!

We had a great time staying for the Penn State vs Michigan game. The house had everything we needed and more. The house was very clean and the host was very hospitable. Convenient to campus but far enough away to avoid the chaos.
