Private 4bd Home, Walk to Beach

The Kahana Beach House is a spacious and comfortable home located across the street from a secluded beach. Close to some of Maui's best restaurants, golf, and exciting island attractions the beach house serves as a great central hub to explore the island of Maui. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and the outside deck is great for lounging in a hammock or grilling on the BBQ.

This bright and airy 2,500 square foot home is a wonderful place to get away. The home is equipped with towels, wifi, AC, pots and pans, and other island necessities. Our spacious lanai (deck) is the perfect place to relax on the hammock or BBQ and enjoy a meal. The kitchen is large and newly updated with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, tea kettle, and plenty of dishes and glassware. Bathrooms are newly re-modeled and filled with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. We supply a variety of beach equipment so you can enjoy the beautiful shores of Maui in comfort.

Five minute drive to Napili Bay and the Kapalua Golf and resort areas. Ten minutes to Ka'anapali Beach, 15 minutes to Lahaina. Public bus stop right out front. The Kahului Airport (OGG) is approximately an hour drive from our home. The Kapalua Airport (JNB) is a small inter-island airport close by, 3 minute drive, that operates small aircrafts.

*Attached caretaker unit above garage occupied by long-term tenant, separate entrance, very private.

*Bedroom 3 can be converted to a king bed if desired, please let us know ahead of time.

*Mid-week cleaning required for stay of 8 nights or more. Linen change can be requested for additional fee.

Close to the beach and yet tucked away

We had a wonderful experience and stay. Minutes away from the best beaches, restaurants (China Boat is amazing and within walking distance) and shopping for necessities. I’d highly recommend.

Perfect for a week of family time

We loved our stay at the Kahana Beach House. It was a perfect size for our group of eight family and friends. We were all in Maui for our first time, and the location was great for exploring West Maui, snorkeling, and scuba. The sunsets at Kahana Point were priceless. Morning runs up to the Kapalua Coastal Trail were great to start the day. Loved this place a lot, and would definitely stay here again when on Maui.

Great property and great location

This property worked perfectly for the 7 adults in our party - 4 bedrooms, all with king-size beds. The location was convenient to everything, and a two-minute walk to the beach was perfect!

Quiet location

Fantastic Stay!

We stayed here with some close friends and family to elope at Ironwoods beach. This house was absolutely perfect! The location and access to the beach is so convenient. The house both inside and out is perfection. Great spaces, lots of amenities, and a fully loaded kitchen. Could not recommend more!

Wonderful Week in Maui

Grandmas first trip to Hawaii

This was my 89 year old grandmothers first trip to Hawaii, something she had wanted to do her entire life. We had four generations together under one roof and this property was perfect for our diverse group. Great amenities on the property and walkable beaches, groceries, and dining.

Fabulous!

Our group of 6 had a wonderful time in Maui! This home is beautiful and super well stocked! There is a Whalers General store and beach bar/restaurant within walking distance. I would definitely stay at this home again!

Beautiful clean home!

7 friends and I stayed at this beautiful, clean house. It was perfect. Such a great location, clean, comfortable beds & bedding (something I’ve very picky about), plenty of towels in the beautiful bathrooms, and plenty of beach towels & chairs! We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Our dream vacation rental

We had a BLAST during our stay here. On day 2 of our trip we were already discussing when we could come back and book this house again. Very spacious, bedrooms are all good size. This is what my family dreamt of when we were planning our trip to Maui. HIGHLY recommend this rental… just please don’t book on the week we are trying to return ;)

A very clean and nice house

This house has everything you need - well stock kitchen, bathroom and supplies for the beach. We, as a family of 6, enjoy the stay very well. Michael and Lauren are very responsive and greeting us during the check-in. I am happy to rent this house next time.

Spacious Home

Everything you could need in this lovely home a short walk to a beach. A great deck to enjoy the quiet and listen to birdsong. The home has large bedrooms and there is someplace for everyone. Perfect for our family! The hosts are so gracious; even a tree provided. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas stay.

Great experience

Overall, we had a very nice experience at this house. It is truly a half a block from the beach. The best amenity was an outdoor patio with chairs and dining. It’s rare to find a house with so many king beds! We would come back.

Would Stay Here Again

Seven adults stayed comfortably in this house. We appreciated a nice bedroom on the first floor for couple who could not use stairs. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The deck was a very nice place to relax together, also with comfortable furniture. We appreciated that the kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cook and bake. We even had a nice Christmas tree and gifts when we arrived! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay on Maui!

Great Base for Maui Visit

Our family (2 adults, 2 children) and parents stayed here for our week in Maui. It was a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped house. About a 5 minute walk to a beach and a 5 minute drive to a couple of great nearby snorkeling spots, it was a great location for getting to the beach. However, being north of Lahaina, it was a bit of a drive to take in the other sites on Maui (Haleakala and the Road to Hana), but overall not a big deal. We enjoyed playing games and grilling out a couple of nights on the large lanai. Overall one of the best houses we've rented!

Originally from San Diego, we've been living on Maui since 2012. We are avid surfers and travelers, but always love coming home to the beautiful island of Maui and all it has to offer. This property is in a great location, away from the heat of Lahaina. There is a very secluded beach right across the street that has frequent visits from Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. On quiet evenings, you can hear the waves crashing onto the shore. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy meals and spend time with loved ones.
