Private 4bd Home, Walk to Beach

The Kahana Beach House is a spacious and comfortable home located across the street from a private beach. Close to some of Maui's best restaurants, golf, and exciting island attractions the beach house serves as a great central hub to explore the island of Maui. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and the outside deck is great for lounging in a hammock or grilling on the BBQ.





The Space



Spacious 4BD/3BA House in ideal location, with nearby beach access and close to restaurants, golf, and attractions. This bright and airy 2,500 square foot home is a wonderful place to get away. The home is equipped with towels, wifi, AC, pots and pans, and other island necessities. Our spacious lanai (deck) is the perfect place to relax on the hammock or BBQ and enjoy a meal. The kitchen is large and newly updated with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, tea kettle, and plenty of dishes and glassware. Bathrooms are newly re-modeled and filled with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Our closets have extra pillows, iron, steamer, beach towels, games/cards, luggage scale, Maui guide books and other materials to make your stay more comfortable. We have some beach chairs and umbrellas available for you use.



*Bedroom 3 LOFT has been enclosed to make a proper bedroom. New photos to come.



Guest Access Main house, backyard, patio. Parking spots for 3 cars. (max), no street parking allowed per Maui County. (Garage space not included)



Other things to note Attached caretaker unit above garage occupied by long-term tenant, separate entrance, very private. - XL-twins can be converted to a king bed if desired, please let us know ahead of time. *Mid-week cleaning can be arranged for stays of 8 nights or more. Linens can also be changed for additional cost.



I'm happy to answer any questions or concerns durning your stay. I am available over the phone and live a short distance from the property. I have lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities and can even offer your party private yoga or pilates sessions for an additional cost. This home is located in Kahana in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, directly across the street from an uncrowded and semi-secret beach. Less than 250 ft from the sand. Five minute drive to Napili Bay and the Kapalua Golf and resort areas. Ten minutes to Ka'anapali Beach, 15 minutes to Lahaina. Public bus stop right out front. The Kahului Airport (OGG) is approximately an hour drive from our home. The Kapalua Airport (JHM) is a small inter-island airport close by, 3 minute drive, that operates small aircrafts.

-Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas and shall not be parked in the street. There is parking for 3 cars.
-Remove your shoes before coming inside. The red dirt in Hawaii is extremely difficult to clean. Pack an extra pair to wear indoors if you please.

Beautiful house with lots of amenities! Nice to have 4 bd and 3 bathrooms for all our guests. We were close to Kapalua bay which is great for snorkeling! We did some hiking to the duck pond and dragons teeth. We ended up staying up in Lahaina/Kapalua area the whole time due to the hurricane that affected the Kīhei area. Our favorite meal was at Star Noodle. I highly recommend this amazing house to stay!

This was a great location, very spacious, and had many wonderful amenities available to use. We were a party of six people, and were all very comfortable. We would highly recommend this vacation property!

This house was the perfect home base during a stormy week. The hosts keep it well stocked with everything you may want or need for a beach vacation. The porch was our favorite hangout spot and we enjoyed the grill being under cover. We enjoyed playing a few new games. Beach access is right across the street. The hosts had lots of recommendations and communicated with me quickly when I had questions. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing week in a beautiful well designed home.

Our hosts were super flexible and responsive. The house is exactly as gorgeous as advertised. Very convenient, central location with beach access just across the street. The house is huge and well kept. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. The kitchen was particularly well stocked for a rental and having access to beach gear was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great property and great location

This property worked perfectly for the 7 adults in our party - 4 bedrooms, all with king-size beds. The location was convenient to everything, and a two-minute walk to the beach was perfect!

Close to the beach and yet tucked away

We had a wonderful experience and stay. Minutes away from the best beaches, restaurants (China Boat is amazing and within walking distance) and shopping for necessities. I’d highly recommend.

Wonderful Week in Maui

We rented this for 7 adults and it was perfect! Plenty of space, lovely outside area, & beach access right across the street. The photos and description are definitely an accurate picture of the property.

Lauren and Michael have a wonderful spacious home and are great hosts. The entrance was seamless, the house meticulously well maintained and it better amenities than most homes. The house is close to the ocean with grocery stores nearby. All four bedrooms have comfortable beds. There are plenty of towels and hot water. Lauren and Michael have beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available and in great condition. The home also has a lovely deck where you can sit out with family and enjoy the weather. I cannot say enough good things about the experience.

Perfect fot for our family

Property had, as expected, just the right number of bedrooms, beds (which were really comfy) and bathrooms. The back deck was wonderful, only drawback was the road traffic noise, but it wasn't constant. Rooms wete spacious and kutchen had everything we needed

Perfect for a week of family time

We loved our stay at the Kahana Beach House. It was a perfect size for our group of eight family and friends. We were all in Maui for our first time, and the location was great for exploring West Maui, snorkeling, and scuba. The sunsets at Kahana Point were priceless. Morning runs up to the Kapalua Coastal Trail were great to start the day. Loved this place a lot, and would definitely stay here again when on Maui.

We loved the house. Everything was great. Kitchen was fully equipped. We loved sitting on the porch at night. Great neighborhood. We didn’t go to the beach that is a cross the street, we went to different beaches every day

Fantastic Stay!

We stayed here with some close friends and family to elope at Ironwoods beach. This house was absolutely perfect! The location and access to the beach is so convenient. The house both inside and out is perfection. Great spaces, lots of amenities, and a fully loaded kitchen. Could not recommend more!

This property is in a great location, away from the heat of Lahaina. There is a very secluded beach right across the street that has frequent visits from Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles. On quiet evenings, you can hear the waves crashing onto the shore. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy meals and spend time with loved ones.
