Newly Renovated Stunning Beachfront 5 Bed, 6.5 Bath Estate with Pool, Spa & AC
One of the most stunning homes and locations in Maui. The beachfront home is 'U' shaped, with a spacious lanai area which includes a pool and spa and which overlooks the beach, ocean, and the island of Lanai. Located on a private palm tree lined lane with gated entry, this home sits on a secluded surf break with a sandy beach that giant green sea turtles sleep on most nights.
In 2024 we completed a renovation of the home. We have installed new cabinets, countertops, sinks and faucets in the kitchen, inside wet bar, outside wet bar and 6 bathrooms; installed new kitchen stainless steel appliances (including refer, range & microwave wall ovens, cooktop, and 2 Bosch low decibel dishwashers); installed new curb-less walk-in showers in 5 bathrooms; installed walnut real-wood engineered flooring in all areas where carpet was previously; refinished the kitchen, family room, breakfast nook, and hallway Cumaru wood flooring; installed a Mitsubishi air conditioning unit for the lower bedroom; replaced the 2 Queen beds with 2 new Cal King beds, including mattresses, box springs, and headboards (the other 3 Cal King beds received new mattresses and box springs approx. a year or 2 ago); painted most of the interior; installed new lighting; removed the sauna in the lower bedroom and installed a walk-in closet; installed new blinds; installed two new stacked full-size washers & dryers (the house now has 3 full-size washers and 3 dryers): installed new outdoor furniture, installed new cable lines; installed 2 new 100 gallon water heaters and also 3 new solar hot water panels; etc.
The home features 5 bedrooms. All 5 bedrooms have a Cal King bed, en suite bath, walk-in closet and a lanai. The upstairs primary/master bedroom has a writing nook, a private lanai overlooking the ocean, an attached bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate shower, private toilet, and 2 vanity sinks. The main floor primary/master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate shower, private toilet, 2 vanity sinks and a make-up desk, and a lanai with new furniture that overlooks the pool/spa and the ocean and the island of Lanai. The lower floor bedroom has French doors that open out to the ocean, a leather loveseat, desk, small full-height table for cards, puzzles, etc., and a walk-in closet. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the main floor and have walk-in closets and secluded lanais with new patio furniture. The home is air conditioned with central A/C.
The home has a large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and an adjacent family room. There is a separate dining area which seats 10 and large living room with wet bar, marble tiled, gas fireplace. Additionally, the home has a laundry room and also a second refrigerator and 2 additional sets of washers and dryers (3 sets total) in the double car garage. The home has wireless internet, cable tv, and gas barbeque.
Enjoy some of the best snorkeling and surfing on Maui right in front of the house while your friends watch from the spa or pool. There is direct access from the house to the beach. Also enjoy watching sunsets while the large green sea turtles crawl onto the sandy beach directly in front of the house to rest for the night.
We also own an approximately 1/2 acre grassy field directly across the private lane from this property that guests have access to.
Our cancelation policy conditions the return of your money on whether your days re-rent after you cancel. For example, if all of your nights re-rent at the same price or more, you would receive all of your money back. Please see our rental agreement for our cancellation policy.
Our companies also own Silver Mountain Ski Resort, waterpark, golf course, etc. in Kellogg, Idaho right off of I-90 and 1 hour east of Spokane, WA, as well as 49 Degrees North Ski Resort, which is 1 hour north of Spokane, WA.
Vacation Rental Permit #STWM 2013-0018. TA-031-582-0032-01; GE-031-582-0032-01. All prices based on 7-night stay (14 nights during the Christmas/New Year's period). If the booking will result in an unrentable gap in our calendar, nightly rate may increase. Most stays are Saturday to Saturday; stays that are not Saturday to Saturday may be at a higher rate. Guest agrees to compete, sign, email and mail the Rental Agreement within 24 hours for booking the house. Booking the home acknowledges acceptance of Rental Agreement.
