Located on Main Street in Weaverville, NC, this beautiful new home is centrally located to Weaverville's downtown attractions. This home boasts incredible views of the Blue Ridge mountains from the open living room and kitchen area, as well as from the master bedroom and bathroom suite.

This two-story home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including the master suite, and a daylight basement with a large TV (with streaming services, just log into your account) and a ping pong table. The open living/kitchen/dining floor plan makes this an ideal vacation home for a family or group of friends. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen's granite countertops, gas stove and new appliances. You'll be surrounded by original art. Relax in the master bathroom soaking tub as you view the Blue Ridge Mountains. Walk to all of Weaverville's Main Street shops, galleries and restaurants, or drive just 15 minutes to downtown Asheville! This home is also very convenient to all the best hikes, trails, and waterfalls WNC has to offer.

Please note there are two street level parking spots in front of the house, and one parking spot in the garage under the house. The driveway is steep and shared with the neighbor.

Nice place

Great place and location. I left some feedback for the home owner to address. Two people per bed is a little tight. Recommend 1 adult per bedroom.

Tucked away in the foothills of Smoky Mountains

This was a last minute trip which we planned. We truly enjoyed the stay. Sara had ensured that we had ultimate comfort during our stay. We fully utilized the entire house . Kitchen had all the gadgets needed for our use. Weaverville is a small cute little town away from busy Asheville but close enough!! We just recommend that more hand soap in the bathrooms. Wonderful Stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable Weaverville home. The views and location were great, and the house was clean and beautifully decorated. I was lucky to find this house for a last minute trip to North Carolina, and the host was quick to respond and so helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location with lovely views

After a last-minute cancellation at another rental property, Nancy was so helpful in getting us immediately booked at this cute home. The check in and out was very easy, and it was a great distance between Asheville and the mountains. Our group so enjoyed our stay, and everyone raved about how perfect the stay was.

A wonderful house for an Asheville getaway.

This delightful property easily housed our party of 4 couples. The location was perfect for a short drive into Asheville and the Biltmore. We enjoyed sitting in the living/dining/kitchen area for hours drinking local wines and just talking the night away. The house had all the amenities that we needed, except enough wine glasses. :) If you are thinking of staying near Asheville, give this house a try, you won’t regret it.

Comfy stay close to Weaverville

Just finished a 3 night stay at this property and it was a joy. The house is nicely appointed and is just one half mile from the shops and restaurants of Main Street Weaverville. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The view from the deck is really amazing. Weaverville is close to the interstate making the drive into Asheville very short and easy. The driveway leading down to the garage is quite steep but there is a gravel area in front of the house where several cars can be parked. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Great house in a great location

Four couples who have known each other for decades, but now don't live near each other, got together in Weaverville for an extended "reunion" weekend of fun and reminiscing. We walked to dinner and breakfast each day, and made the 12 minute drive into Asheville to enjoy good music, good coffee and good times. All four bedrooms were perfect, the kitchen was fully stocked, the family room was the perfect size for 8 people to hang out in and the view from the deck is great, especially in the evening. Three nice grocery stores are within a five minute drive, as are a number of restaurants. All in all, we had a fantastic weekend, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Family reunion house

What a great stay in Weaverville! Our family members traveled from California, Virginia, Florida & NC to meet in Weaverville for a wedding. The house was perfect! Four spacious bedrooms & a great kitchen for baking pies for the wedding reception. The view from the living room was awesome!!

Very Nice House in a Great Location Close to Downtown Weaverville

We had a great stay at this house last weekend. The house was clean, very spacious and the perfect size for our group. We really enjoyed the location being a 5-10 minute walk to downtown Weaverville to enjoy coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. It was also a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Asheville, which was a lot of fun. The house also had a nice view of the mountains from the deck and plenty of space to lounge around. Highly recommend for a group of people who want to visit the area!

Great house.

Great house. Playroom in basement floor with pong pong table and TV. Very steep driveway but adequate space for 2 cars to park on side of road in front of house, which is level with main floor. Good view.

Great weekend with friends.

The house was very accommodating for 4 couples. Well maintained and the kitchen had very thing we needed. The driveway was the only challenge being very steep but you can park out front. Very nice.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this home! It was clean and accommodating with plenty of room to spread out. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. View from back deck was great. Easy drive into Asheville and nice, short walk to downtown Weaverville. Only issue was with the downstairs bed/mattress-- it was very squeaky/creeky. We would definitely stay here again!!
