Full kitchen, gas firepit, netted trampoline, pond w/ waterfall, well water, turntable with vintage record collection, and DVD with classic movie collection. A beautiful two bedroom one bath bungalow. Full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Spacious living room with electric fireplace. This is more than just a place to sleep - we have added a playground/exercise area for children of all ages and adults.

Philip and Nancy moved from Morehead City, NC, to this property in April 2018 after retiring from owning a business at the beach to spend time with their children and grandchildren. They built the 2 bungalows on the 12-acre property and are enjoying hosting guests from all over the world!

The mountain views and sunrises are spectacular. This is a quiet property, easily accessible on main roads, but with a country feel (watch the cows on the adjacent property and some deer and wild turkeys), while only 20 minutes to all of the activities in downtown Asheville. Great for families and their pets, but also the perfect couples getaway.
