The bedrooms on the first floor (attic) are accessible with two staircases, one lead to one bedroom and the second one to the other two bedrooms. All the bedrooms on the first floor are double and have air-conditioning, one with double bed and private bath/toilet with hydro massage bathtub, one with double bed and private bath/toilet and one with two single beds and private shower/toilet. The house has a completely closed property of 470 sqm where the guests have on their disposal a swimming pool of 36 sqm, large covered terrace with sitting set and barbecue fireplace, two outdoor shower, a well-kept lawn and two parking spaces outside the property.
