Very relaxing space. Absolutely loved being able to use the canoe! Lots of wildlife to see. The set up by the water is very thoughtful. Would recommend!

Lovely log cabin with a well appointed kitchen and plenty of condiments and ancillary items. Lots of options for day and night activities.

Everything was perfect! The house is very cozy, the area by the lake is so beautiful! We loved all the wild life and perfect views! We will be back.

Second time staying here. This time I stayed with my wife and we loved it. It's quiet but accessible, clean and well stocked, really has everything you can possibly need. We hope to be back again in the future!

Our host was very gracious and thoughtful offering amenities that were exceptional. The space by the lake was a wonderful retreat with only the sounds of birds, an occasional chipmunk and a soft breeze.Great house!! And not too far from Tanglewood

The property was exactly as advertised. It’s beautiful and fronts on an inlet of the lake. But what especially wowed us was the meticulous attention to detail. I’ve never stayed in a rental where so many things a guest would care about are provided. This was my favorite vacation rental.

John is a wonderful host and anticipated all our needs. We were able to relax and recharge in nature. His home was accessible to so much the Berkshires have to offer.

The house is a perfect place for a relaxing stay, near the water, and close to everything in the area, yet removed enough to feel like you're in the middle of the forest. John was excellent to communicate with, and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Great property, even better than expected! The host thought of everything- from the fully stocked kitchen, to the BBQ supplies, the music and movies, and even the labels on everything for a seamless stay. On the sunny days the family took the kayaks out and explored, sat in the hammocks and relaxed, and hung around the fire. On the rainy days we enjoyed cooking, movies and games. This property (inside & out) exceeded our expectations. Thank you for our lovely stay and thinking of every little detail!

The cabin continues to be a magical place. It is incredibly comfortable and homey and the property is set up to meet all the needs you may have- indoor fires, outdoor fires, grilling, smores, movies indoor or outdoor, paddling, and birds upon birds that beg to be watched. This was our third year and we will keep coming back.

Can not compliment the owners enough they go above and beyond, to make sure you have everything you can possibly think of 4 a comfortable stay. So much to do here, but yet it is so relaxing. Definitely looking to return soon. was sad to go.

Great cabin on the lake with loads of amenities and welcoming touches. It was just me visiting a colleague but this is a great place for a group retreat or family fun as well as a peaceful place for someone traveling solo. Excellent and communicative host and I really enjoyed my time here.

Excellent location

Great visit to the Berkshires. The house is setback from the road and you have great privacy but also very convenient. Easy access to all the Berkshires attractions.
