Napa Valley Escape - Great Yountville Location

Our house is walking distance from just about everything in Yountville, including many excellent restaurants and tasting rooms. You can walk, run, or bike to vineyards in just a few minutes. See local the hot air balloons launch at dawn, weather permitting, and enjoy wine tasting rooms and world-class restaurants nearby.

The house holds up to six guests. It has two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with a double bed and a fold-down single. It has two bathrooms, a full kitchen, an outdoor grill, a dining room, smart TV and wifi, and easy parking.

This property is licensed and approved by the Town of Yountville, permit number RR-75, and complies with the Town of Yountville 30-day minimum rental period (long-term discount is included in the low daily rate).

Great location, and great property to experience Napa Valley

The best Napa Valley experience we have had in 10 years of visiting. The house was very comfortable, everything you need and a great location.

Great home in a Great town

I didn't want to come home. My family, friends and I had a fantastic visit to Napa Valley. The home is perfectly located in the Valley and walking distance to many of the areas best restaurants. Believe me, I know. The home was comfortable, clean and homey. Spent most of my mornings in the breakfast nook drinking coffee and keeping up on work and many of the nights in the beautiful backyard enjoying a barbecue or just the cool night air. Would recommend this home to anyone. Loved it!!!!!!!!

Had a great month

Family of 4 stayed at "Halliday In" for a month. The house was clean and well kept. The outdoor patio was very pleasant in the evening. We had a very small issue with the a/c in the middle of our stay. Toby (homeowner) was extremely proactive and facilitated its correction within 24 hours of being notified. If you are interested in location, location, location, this is a great home to rent. Walking to all Yountville restaurants is almost too easy. No doubt, we'll be back.

Great location!

The house was in a great location. Everything in Yountville was within walking distance! The kitchen was nice and updated and the backyard was spectacular. The furniture is older and not updated. We had issues with the AC but Toby was on top of it helped get it fixed the next day. There was only 1 house key, it would have been nice to have another so we didn’t have to leave it under a pot each time since each of us were coming and going at different times. If we go back to Yountville, we will try to stay here again for the location alone.

A great house in a nice neighborhood

This is a wonderful and comfortable property in a nice neighborhood. It is a short walk to town and some of the best restaurants in the country. The landlord is a pleasure to work with and very helpful. We had a great stay.

My parents were the original owners of this house when it was built in 1972 and Yountville was just a small town on the road through the valley. We love staying here when visiting family and friends in the Valley and hope you will enjoy this great location.
