This is very nice, clean and comfortable cottage. The yard and deck well maintained and there is a nice sense of privacy. Very close to the bay beaches, just a touch further to the ocean side. Ed was very nice to meet on check in and I would stay at this cottage again. Thanks!

Cozy cottage for a perfect beach week. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. The cottage had exactly what we needed. We hope to return!

Ed and Val's cottage was spotless. They were excellent hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. The cottage has all you will need inside and out and the location is central to everything; bay beaches, Atlantic beaches, restaurants. Don't hesitate, just click the button to book the cottage; you won't regret it! I highly recommend and would like to return next year!

Great place to stay

We have rented here before and hope to do so again! Nice, clean up to date cottage, in a good location close to National Seashore, audubon sanctuary and bay beaches. Landlords are helpful and there’s everything you could need for a great stay

Perfect spot for our family of 5! Incredibly clean and exactly what we were looking for. Loved that it felt private and had a yard to play in. Also loved being able to walk to the beach. The owners were attentive and kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

Ed & Val's Cottage

Excellent place to stay for a Cape Cod retreat. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, within minutes to either bay beaches or the National Sea Shore. Ed and Val keep their cottage exceptionally clean and welcoming.

Bay-side excellence on the Cape

Stayed for a week and it was amazing. The house itself was comfortable and the outdoor space was an extra bonus. Check in was easy and the welcome guide was clear. Ed even stopped by to make sure we were in good shape.

Great little getaway

Close to beach…easy walking distance! The house was quite comfortable, and my husband loves an outdoor shower. The fire pit was a great extra spot to socialize! I quite enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation

My family and I had a fantastic vacation in Eastham. The location is beautiful! Lots to do and beautiful beaches. We had lots of privacy. The cottage was clean and perfect for our family. The hosts were wonderful! They were very helpful with suggestions about what to see and do and they made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.We would definitely rent there again!

My title says it all, although I would add “very” to “clean”. The owner, Ed, checked in on us after we arrived and was very helpful.
