Charming one-story Cape Cod cottage on a quiet sandy road. There are three comfortable bedrooms with a king, two twins, and a bunk bed. Enjoy grilling on a large shaded deck or spend the evening stargazing in the quiet of North Eastham. There is a large outdoor shower for after spending long afternoons at the large semi-private beach. you will love the warm and quiet waters of the inner cape beaches and never want the amazing sunsets to end. North Eastham is a quiet location year-round but also home to amazing seafood and other great restaurants. The cottage is only 15 minutes to shopping in Orleans or 30 minutes to amazing activities in Province Town. Spend your days lounging on the beach, exploring the National Seashore, or taking a whale watch off the coast, it all happens here. If it's hot there are window A/C units in all rooms and a full kitchen to cook when you want to stay in.

Host was fantastic and flexible and very helpful and responsive. My favorite part of the property was the outdoor shower. So nice don’t think I used the inside shower the whole time. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy check in, close to a beautiful bay beach with stunning sunsets and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies. We enjoyed the spacious deck and appreciated the availability of beach chairs. The outdoor shower was fantastic. Great water pressure. We were able to get to the bike trail by traversing some quiet unpaved roads to Kingsbury Road!Quiet location but close enough to several good restaurants on Route 6.We had perfect weather too - what more can you ask for!!

The place was clean and comfortable. It's a great little neighborhood. Happy with the outdoor shower (with water pressure - yay!). We loved the deck. I even got a chance to try out the hammock. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. We felt right at home. Communication with our host was easy. We loved the walk down to the beach (and did a lot of beach walking). We are looking forward to a return visit!

So private surrounded by the pines and cedars, great deck, super well supplied kitchen with high end coffee pot( we want to get one like it!) Loved the outdoor shower, all the stained glass touches, only problem with appliances was in the bunk bed room a/c, close walk to bay side beach, (not Atlantic side), really nice, extremely quiet place

Cozy, clean, quiet, convenient to beaches and amenities. Our king size bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. A large inviting outside deck. An easy walk to the bay beach from the cottage. For the most part we had an excellent experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was convenient to many beaches and surrounding towns and restaurants. The deck was spacious and we enjoyed cooking out while the kids ran around. My favorite part was the outdoor shower!

Cape Cod Cottage

Pretty Cape Cod style cottage on a pretty lot not far from the beach. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the outside shower was simply great. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our small family

We had a wonderful stay. The location is quiet and convenient. Being able to walk down to the beach was amazing! We loved the outdoor shower too.The beds are comfy and our daughter loved being able to sleep in the top bunk. We enjoyed the outdoor games and made good use of the beach umbrella.

Great cape getaway

Lovely eastham cabin tucked away off the main roads. Perfect for biking to the beach (5 min) and local convenience store (the landing). Highly recommend!

Beautiful beach weekend

We enjoyed the property very much. The beds were comfortable. We found the location to the little beach to be perfect! Easy walk. The house looked just like the photos. We also loved the outdoor shower- amazing water pressure. So easy after bringing sandy kids home from the beach. The host was very easy to communicate with. I would love to come back again!

Summer get away

The. Cottage was wonderful, beds were all comfortable . It was a very short walk to the beach Convenient to everything The owner was very communicative and accommodating and the kitchen was well equipped My only complaint was the weather but we still had a great time

Wonderful Cape Escape

A wonderful Cape escape. The house was the perfect size for our family. The location was unbeatable...close to all of our favorite things and places. Rail trail, Arnold's, Coast Guard Beach, Flea Market, Eastham Superette. The home has an amazing yard and the outdoor shower is always a plus. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks!

Jessie was a pleasure to deal with. He got back in a timely manner with all communications. The house instructions were clear and concise. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Location is great; a simple walk down the road to either Campground Beach or the private beach. King size bed in the one bedroom was a definite plus. Beds were comfortable and having sheets and towels provided was great. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful Cape Cod (Eastham) house with us for the week.

Great location

Very comfortable cottage. The beds were very good. The owner went to the trouble of installing electrical outlets throughout the house. All had multiple ports of all types. The kitchen had a good assortment of pots and pans, silverware and great knives. Each room had an ac unit which worked well.

Good place in good safe neighborhood. Surrounded by lots of greenery, privacy , squirrels and a rabbit. It’s a small place with a very small single bathroom, small bedrooms , small kitchen. But it does have three small bedrooms with place for six to sleep. It has window units not central A/c so it doesn’t quite get cool enough and doesn’t remove enough humidity…but it was “good enough”. Stocked pretty well with towels and beach towels and dishes /pot/pans and coffee maker. Was impressed that they had two white noise machines which really helped with sleeping and impressed they had a monocular to borrow for whale watching or bird or seal watching. Hot water was good (really hot) but only lasted for two short showers …must be a small water heater.I didn’t like that the back patio with a simple, wet glass sliding door serving as the main entrance and was very dirty with lots of dirt, wet leaves, other wet plant matter etc all over the area where you walk into the house. The house is wellKept but much of it seems outdated and older to some degree. But overall the place was nice enough but not new nor luxurious and just pointing out some things for you to be aware of

This was our second year staying at this house. The location is absolutely perfect, only 3/10’s of a mile to the private beach. Short walk to enjoy phenomenal sunsets. The house is exactly as described. Kitchen has everything you need and everything is in great working condition. The house is very clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable and having sheets and towels provided is a bonus! Just show up with your pillow (if you can’t sleep without it) and you’re good to go. The host is wonderful with communication responding in a timely manner. There are air conditioning units in each bedroom and the living room which help keep the house nice and cool during the hot summer months. If you’re a biker, the Cape Cod Rail Trail is an easy bike ride to get to. Thank you for sharing your “little piece of paradise” with us!

We couldn’t have asked for a better Cape Cod getaway. This charming Eastham cottage was the perfect home base for our family vacation. The location was fantastic — just a short bike ride to Campground Beach, where we spent our days swimming, relaxing, and watching some of the most beautiful sunsets on the Cape.The quiet neighborhood made it easy to slow down and enjoy everything Eastham has to offer. We loved being close enough to bike to the beach and explore nearby trails, while still having a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day.The cottage was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. After long days at the beach and riding bikes, it was the perfect spot to unwind, share meals, and make family memories.This was exactly the kind of Cape Cod experience we were hoping for — a cozy place to stay, an amazing location, and easy access to beaches, biking, and all the charm that makes Eastham special. We would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was the perfect size for our family of three, and everything was clean and thoughtfully appointed. We especially appreciated the abundance of conveniently placed outlets and charging ports throughout the home. This is a small detail that made a big difference. The outdoor shower and deck were fantastic, and we loved taking the short walk to the private beach each day. We experienced a minor hiccup at check-in, but Jesse responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly.We highly recommend this property!
