One bedroom, one bathroom suite with big walking shower, small fridge,small kitchen, coffee maker, pots and pans utensils, and microwave included (you will feel like you are in a hotel suite) with private entrance through the garage. About 20 minutes from closest beach which is Isle of Palm , restaurant, shopping center, and about 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. back yard with a deck and pond to fish.

Very clean apt - good communication

The apt was quiet and a peaceful neighborhood. There was a person who came in to clean the place every two weeks which was a nice bonus. Gabriel was very accommodating. I do have some suggestions. It would be nice to have a binder or something to explain how to work the heater and air conditioner. Also instructions on how to run the television as we struggled with the tv control being slow to warm up to open channels and had push button several times to get the controls to work. We replaced batteries but didn’t make a difference. Perhaps there was a certain trick that we didn’t know to get it to work. Also we didn’t see how to find the satellite tv as it appeared there was only google smart tv. Binder could also contain how to use washer and dryer and what instructions on what to do to close up when you are finished staying. It would also be nice to have some brochures as to fun things to do in the area. Suggestions for restaurants and the like. Since we weren’t from the area we had to do a lot of research to find places to go. We have stayed many times with Vrbo and usually these brochures and binders are lifesavers for the guests. Overall the stay was very nice.

Internship Stay

My daughter stayed for a 6 week internship. Gabriel was a great host. He worked with me on changing dates after initial booking. Apartment was just as described. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

A hideaway retreat

Loved everything about this place well thought out and clean. Nearby nail salon, shopping, and restaurants. Extremely relaxing place with an incredible shower!! Would stay again! Came to have a mecation did just that.

Cozy with awesome shower

This was the perfect place for spending a week in Charleston. It was close to Plantations, beach’s, downtown and plenty of shopping and restaurants. The apartment was cute and comfortable and had everything I could have possibly needed. I had the pleasure of meeting the hosts and they were amazingly sweet and even provided me with a beach bag. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.

Delightful garage apartment retreat

Kudos to the owner for thinking of everything one may need! Very tasteful furnishings and decor. Super comfortable bed! Bathroom felt like a spa, however, ventilation could be better. Shower water pressure was excellent. Would definitely stay there for future trips to the Charleston area.

Great choice!

Convenient location to shopping & restaurants. Very clean & private... beautiful neighborhood. Just 15 minutes to IOP for fun, then able to work remotely from this spacious efficiency apartment. Definitely recommend & hope to return.

A Peaceful Retreat

Clean comfortable private abode

This place was so clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom was amazingly spacious with a huge walk in shower. The little kitchen nook was fully outfitted with a 2 burner stove and a frig thoughtfully stocked with bottled water. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The only disadvantage was the drive from the beaches and from the downtown area---but well worth it considering the price and the overall welcoming atmosphere.

Roomy Studio Apartment

This studio apartment was very nice and clean and stocked with all of the necessities. It's located in a very nice subdivision, and I felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean! The bed was super comfortable, the shower...a rain shower ...was awesome!

It was in a great location, close to my family, close to the beach, Patriot’s Point, fishing, and downtown Charleston. There are so many great places to eat and too many fun things to do! I needed more time!! I enjoyed my stay very much and plan to stay here again!

Refreshing

This was my favorite stay yet. It was very clean. The bathroom is a dream. I have gained inspiration for my own home from this property. We had so much privacy and everything was close by. Would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Perfect get away spot

This spot was so welcoming and cozy. They thought of everything you would need or want. The shower was amazing! The owner had great communication, and the rental was nice and quiet. Can’t wait to come back!
