Disclosure: There is no cable TV service but all 3 TVs are "smart" and connected to my YouTubeTV (for live TV) and Netflix, Amazon and Hulu accounts for streaming programs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay here! Tracy’s house was very comfortable, quiet, homey, and had all that we needed. We used most of the appliances: stove, oven, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. All were in great working order. The kitchen had a great supply of dishes, cookware, and bakeware. We were able to enjoy the back patio table for meals and the front porch swing. Also, there was a good selection of bed pillows. We appreciated the good communication and hospitality. It truly felt like our home away from home!

This was my best travel rental - ever. Quiet street with friendly neighbors, yet I could walk to some yummy restaurants and an ice cream parlor. The house was fully equipped with kitchen needs, cleaning needs, and a washer and dryer! I slept like a baby on the comfortable bed and enjoyed sitting out on both the front and back porches. Host was friendly, responsive and helpful. Location near I-71 made it a breeze to travel around town. Looking for privacy and convenience? this is the place!

Just like Home

The home was the most comfortable place we have stayed. It has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and the furniture was comfortable and cozy. The beds were excellent.Highly recommend

Wonderful stay

We had a very comfortable stay at Tracey's home. It is very well sticked with everything- lots of kitchen items, linens, towels, etc. The location is so convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Cozy and well equipped

The perfect rental, comfy beds, great AC, big rooms, and well equipped kitchen. Not to mention great internet and location, easy check in/check out. Quiet neighborhood.

The home was comfortable & clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The home is exactly as described in the listing. There was a minor plumbing issue which the host took care of immediately and communicated well with us.

Great place to stay

The house is exactly as listed, even better. The house is clean and had everything thought of. I would happily stay here again. Working with the owner was super easy. Walking distance to pizza, ice cream and the playground.

Great location, amenities, and price!

So worth the stay! I’ve stayed at VRBOs around the country and this one was the value for the money. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, friendly owner. It had everything we wanted, except ice, but that wasn’t a big deal. We will be back!

Thank you, Sandy. I'm glad your family was comfortable here. I hope you're able to come back again under happier circumstances. The refrigerator is equipped with an automatic ice-maker. I wish your family had told me while they were here that they didn't have any ice. I could have told them they could lower the pause arm.

Home away from home

Just perfect as always! Side note, I definitely recommend walking up to Cafe Alma for breakfast. They have beautiful food and delicious coffee.

The first floor of a wonderfully remodelled older home in a quaint neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and wonderful living room space. Swung on the front porch swing with a cup of coffee the first morning. Peaceful and family friendly. Responsive and caring owner. Every part of the experience was top notch!

Older property but immaculately clean. Accommodation is in the upstairs portion of the house. No one was in the basement when we stayed. Great neighborhood, quiet and safe. Very convenient for jumping on the freewayOwner is very responsive

Pleasant Ridge is a mostly gaslight residential neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio with a small business district occupied largely by long-standing, independent businesses. It is one of the most diverse, dispersed and durable communities in the entire region according to a 2008 study of 122 communities conducted by the Cincinnatus Association.
"The Ridge" has been a part of the city of Cincinnati since the early 1900s. Most of the homes here were built in the 30s so they're smaller and closer together than the suburbs of today.
Our home was built in 1936, in the days before 3-car garages, walk-in closets and and insulation in walls. You might hear neighbors coming and going and the floors will squeak but we've lived here for 25 years and love the house and all of its quirks.
