Everything was spit spot clean and beautiful!Very well equipped and ready for us! It was perfect for dogs and humans! Super accessible location! Minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and beautiful parks. I hope it is always available when we travel to the Cincinnati area!

Great Stay

Stayed with family for my son's graduation from Xavier . Location was perfect. Updated and nicely decorated. Check in and out process easy and appreciated being able to bring the fur babies.

Older home which has been updated very well. Nicely decorated, painted and equipped. Kitchen tools, spices, equipment all here. Since it is an older home the electrical outlets in the bedrooms are not as conveniently located as in a more modern home. Bring an electrical adapter, or power strip to increase the number of outlets in the bedrooms. Downstairs sleep space will hear the upstairs foot traffic. Good communications with the host. Overall great 5 night stay. Recommended.

Why not a house instead of a hotel!

Great little house and close to everything we needed for our trip. Celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday along with our daughter’s club soccer game, it was just what we needed for a great weekend. We all said why haven’t we done this before instead of getting a hotel room.

This house is in a good centrally located area. The house is very well set up and pleasantly decorated. I do think more attention to “stickiness” should be made by the cleaners. The cabinet doors need a thorough wipe down. Everything other than that was quite nice.

Great little spot

This house was great and was perfect for our stay. The location puts you close enough to downtown without feeling like you are really in town. Drew was great to work with and they also have partnered with a local place to have snacks and drinks delivered before your stay if you want anything. I will say that if you have a larger vehicle, the driveway space is small so you may not fit. The street is quiet though I wouldn’t be worried about parking on the street.

Good stay, not great

Pros: House was definitely updated and stocked, area was perfect for shopping and getting to must see location/ attractionsCons: we chose this home because it is pet friendly. Our dogs are clean animals, but it was obvious upon arrival the home has had some very unclean animals stay as the carpet downstairs was horrendous. Also the carpet is pulling off the top stair making it unsafe. I didn’t enjoy the mouse bait/poison in the kitchen drawer by the sink. Very off putting.All in all, not horrible, not great.

Loved the property

This was the best away from home experience we have ever had on a vacation home. The property had everything that you ever think that you needed. Great host. Very responsive. If I am ever in this area, i hope that I can stay here
