The cabin was ready clean for our early arrival. The host was great and responded quickly when we had any questions. Cabin was a nice size. And we were able to bring out dog. She enjoyed it as well.

The cabin was located in a the perfect location and had everything we needed to cook and just relax! Our Christmas vacation was made a lot easier that this cabin is dog friendly! We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Poor communication from host had to wait an hour before being able to get in and that’s only because the Vrbo support let us in. On top of that there was piles of dust and dog hair under all the beds, like a disgusting amount as if in only was swept under and called good. Overall home was ok but I wouldn’t personally stay there again.

Great place for family ski trip

Clean, comfy, cozy

The cabin was perfect for our family stay. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the rooms warmed up quickly!

Old, tired, and in need of some repairs is how I would describe this property. Drawers that were broken, bathrooms with broken fixtures left to hang on the walls, molding strip covering up a gap in the backsplash on the sink, screen doors that are broken and a pain to open/close, etc. We had a relaxing time, and I appreciate the opportunity to get out of the heat of the valley. The location is excellent. This house just needs some money to flow back into it.

Great spot for our snowboarding trip

This place was great, it had a lot of character and comfortably hosted all of our family and friends for our weekend snowboarding trip. We enjoyed the large kitchen and table for playing games and the wood burning fireplace. We plan to stay here again!

Great stay

The cabin worked out great for us and our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. It was great to sit on the front porch in the cool weather.

Cozy cabin

We had a very nice cozy stay in pinetop at the Nikki cabin. It had all amenities that we needed and we loved the fireplace! The only thing we were missing was snow!!
