The Casita of Pinetop is a 1200 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths that can comfortably sleep 7 with room for more. The home is pet friendly with a fenced backyard and available doggie door. The open kitchen comes complete with microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dinnerware. The cozy living room includes wood burning river rock fireplace, soft supple leather sofas, cable tv, and dvd player with dvd library. The master bedroom features a king size Beautyrest pillow top mattress. The secondary bedroom has a pillow top queen size bed and the third bedroom offers a full and twin bed as a bunk bed. Wireless internet is included.

We had a lovely stay at this very clean and nicely decorated house. It is in a cute neighborhood with flowers out front and a nice backyard enclosed for pets. The yard has grass, a tree and a table to sit at. The house was well stocked with everything you need from hand soap to shampoo, paper towel and tissues. The owner, Rick was easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly. We will definitely return on our next trip to Pinetop!

Relaxing townhome. Lots of space with the 3 beds. Neighborhood is pretty loud with dogs barking nonstop and Atv/razors ripping by all the time. Smelled like smoke inside the property too.

It was a nice place, with a nice bonus that wasn't advertised. There was plenty of room, it wasn't too far from town to go shopping, and it was about a 0.4 mile walk to the "Old Hatchery" gate off of the White Mountain Blvd (near the AZ Game & Fish building), and from there a 0.8 mile hike to the Springs trail.

Very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Pet-friendly, so we brought our dog and the fenced-in backyard was perfect. The location was perfect and close to all the pet-friendly restaurants we love. Highly recommend!

The house is very comfortable and was decorated inside and out for Christmas. The fireplace is beautiful and the host provides cut wood. We will definitely stay here again!

Recent stay

We had a great time in this VRBO for the 4 nights that we stayed there recently, and our dog enjoyed it too. It was quiet, perfect size property and we hope to stay there again! It had everything we needed, well-furnished kitchen, linens, towels, etc., just like home!

This home is the most fully stocked home i have ever rented, we stayed iver christmas and they thought of every detail. Fully decked out for the holiday down to christmas hand towels. The javuzzi was hot ans the yard was perfectly fenced for my dogs!

Awesome location! Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Extremely comfortable home with everything you could need; living room has a beautiful fireplace, kitchen has anything you need, bathrooms are nice, overall many amenities for a relaxing stay in Pinetop.

Hello everyone! We are the owners, Rick and Ellen. While our primary home is in Gilbert, Arizona, we have been coming to the White Mountains for over 30 years to visit family. We eventually fell so in love with the cool mountain pines that we made this our second home.

When we aren't hosting, you’ll likely find us at the racetrack or enjoying the outdoors with our son, Jayden, and our dog, Benny. As a family that loves both the summer trails and the winter snow, we know exactly what makes a vacation here special.

We take great pride in being 'hands-on' owners. Because we use this home ourselves, we’ve stocked the kitchen and living spaces with everything we think a family might need—from wood for the fireplace to local recommendations for the best hidden hiking spots. Whether you are here for the skiing at Sunrise or a quiet weekend away from the valley heat, we want our Casita to feel like your own.

Ellen and I were looking for a vacation home in a community with a very friendly environment. Once we found the Casita of Pinetop, we knew this was the place to be. We instantly fell in love with the home’s location within walking distance to trailheads into the forest and close to shopping and restaurants.

When we were searching for a vacation home, we wanted a community that felt like a true neighborhood—friendly, quiet, and safe. The moment we found the Casita, we knew it was perfect because of its 'best of both worlds' location.

What we love most is the neighborhood's walkability to local Pinetop favorites. On a crisp winter evening, you can leave the car in the driveway and take a short stroll over to The Lion's Den. It’s our favorite spot for catching live music and enjoying a great atmosphere. We are also just a walk away from excellent Mexican dining, making it easy to grab a hot meal and a margarita without worrying about mountain driving.

Being so close to the heart of Pinetop means you get the 'mountain cabin' feel with the convenience of town right around the corner. Whether you are heading back from a day at Sunrise or just enjoying the snow, everything you need is right here.
