Private partially fenced in backyard and just minutes from Benning. You will love the coffee bar and totally equipped kitchen. You will be able to cook a feast. Netflix, Wifi and Local channels. White Water, Fort Benning and Callaway Gardens are just a few things you will want to visit. We look forward to your visit!

Super cute, cozy and well equipped!

We had a wonderful stay at the Funky Flamingo! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood and any store you might need is very close by. The host is very welcoming and has lots of personal touches throughout the home. She had everything we could have possibly needed. Thank you for a lovely visit to Columbus!

Awesome Home away from home!

Thank you for all the little details which made this a Great stay. Our Son truned Blue And Graduation was at Fort Benning. About 20 mins away!!! We had 5 family members over night and our Soldier plus his gf and her Mom visited . Room for all. Thank you again. We will stay longer if ever in the area again.

Perfect!

I am very picky when it comes to hotels and rentals. The Miss GA pageant brought us to Columbus for the week, and the Funky Flamingo’s listing looked great, but I always wonder if the actual property is as good as it looks in pictures. I was NOT disappointed! We SO enjoyed our week at the Funky Flamingo! The house was very, very clean and comfortable. The owner’s attention to detail made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this adorable home to anyone staying in the area!

Great stay

The house is cute, clean, well stocked and easy to navigate to places we needed to find (grocers etc). We were visiting for a football weekend at Auburn. Super convenient and so much easier (and less expensive) than being closer to campus. Would stay again!

Amazing

The home was so cute and cozy! Birdie was amazing with answering questions. We used it for my sons family weekend at Fort Benning. I was a very short drive and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. If the house was bigger and could accommodate more people I would have definitely rented it for graduation! You will not be disappointed with this rental!

Perfect house for graduation at Fort Benning

House was perfect for graduation at Fort Benning. Cute, clean and close to base. More than enough room for the 6 of us, kids loved tha Apple TV, big backyard and we also loved the coffee bar. Thanks so much!

Perfect

Comfortable stay

Small but nice house close to everything we needed to have a quick visit with our soldier. Everything was clean and neat. Easy access. Our only complaint was the kitchen table was very wobbly but not a huge deal since we didn't really eat there much. Would stay again. Thank you.

Forever Fans of the Funky Flamingo

This was the absolute perfect place for our family as we came to our son’s Army OSUT graduation at Fort Benning. This home is charming, very clean, well stocked with supplies and everything we needed, and all around wonderful. Each location we needed was within a 20 minute drive, and the area felt very safe and family friendly. We were blessed to make many precious memories with our soldier during our stay. We give the Funky Flamingo our highest ratings. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Very well put together

Great place has everything imaginable cable WiFi Netflix apple TV as well as televisions in every room , fenced in huge backyard quiet neighborhood plenty of pots pans and cooking utensils just a great place to stay and only a 18min ride to fort Benning

Great place to stay!

We loved staying at the Funky Flamingo. Great location and so close to Fort Benning which is what we needed. Our house was stocked with all the essentials and the host was very attentive and prompt in getting back to us with whatever questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect!

We loved staying at the Funky Flamingo! Our son graduated from basic at Fort Benning and we stayed 5 nights. Bardie has made her beautiful home comfortable from a well stocked kitchen to cook, coffee/cream, comfy bedding and towels, TV/movies. Our Son said more than once how nice it was to come and be able to relax! So much better than a hotel! Thanks for such a wonderful property! We will be back when he graduates from OCS!

Great Place!

We had such a wonderful time at the house. It was a beautiful home and had everything we needed. Location was close to everything we wanted to do in Columbus. We will probably be back even.
