The space
The apartment still retains the original character of historic Maltese homes and has two colourful windows overlooking the historic narrow street. The rooms have high ceilings with iron beams and the design of the apartment is simple and minimalist to accentuate the original Maltese tiles.

The private 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor and includes:
• An open living/dining area with a kitchen.
◦ Kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven and a toaster oven.
◦ Corner sofa that on request can be made into a double bed (140cm x 200cm).
◦ TV with local free-to-air channels & Chromecast.

• Bedroom:
◦ Large king size bed (160cm x 200cm).
◦ Compact en-suite bathroom with a small shower (80cm x 80cm).

For heating and cooling, the apartment is equipped with air-conditioning units in both the living room and the bedroom.

• The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is no lift. There are 20 steps to reach the 1st floor. There is also a small step to access the bathroom.

• Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.

• The apartment measures just over 40 meters squared. The space is licenced to accommodate up to 2 guests.

• Use of air-conditioning (AC) is at no extra cost. Please note that temperature ranges are 16-21°C for heating and 24-30°C for cooling. We kindly ask our guests to switch off the AC units when out of the apartment and if opening doors and windows.

• Camera surveillance is in operation in the common areas of the apartment building 24/7.
