Fantastic beach location - GREAT PRICES - ENJOY THE SHORE in an ocean and beach view in the quiet end of Wildwood Crest next to Diamond beach! Completely renovated, 75 Feet to the Beach, with brand new furniture, appliances, kitchen and bathroom. Comes with 48" television wifi and internet and 32" TV in the Bedroom, wifi and internet. One bedroom (Queen) , with sofa sleeper (full) in Living Room, sleeps 4. Minisplit A/C totally silent and cool. This is a NO Smoking, vaping and NO pets allowed property.

You can see the beach from this second floor Condo and relax!!
Spend a relaxing week enjoying the sun, sand and fantastic weather. Enjoy your stay at the quiet end of Wildwood Crest. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests provide their own linens/towels. Fully supplied Kitchen and bathroom (shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer) are provided for your use.

Perfect little spot to spend a few days down the shore. With a beachfront view, you can’t pass it up. Steps to the beach too! It was clean and Roxanne was available anytime needed. She made sure we had everything we needed before check in also.

My wife and I really enjoyed the weekend. 1/2 block from the beach. Quiet condo. Nice neighbors. We would pick up breakfast at Turtle gut by the bay. Pick up fresh seafood at H and H seafood market. (Great Crabs and Lobster)Dinner at George’s .Back to the condo for a nice walk on the beach.Perfect weekend.Highly recommend

As a short term rental owner myself, I may be a bit critical, but here’s my feedback:PROS: The location was A… and the unit itself was very clean and updated. Bathroom was a bit small and there’s no vanity, so heads up if you have a lot of toiletries, they likely won’t fit. But the shower was fine.CONS: Kind of an annoyance we needed to bring our own bath towels, sheets and comforter. This is not standard rental’s in my experience, but that’s not the reason for 3 stars. We ended up not needing the comforter as there was one there already but we didn’t even need that one… because (and this is the reason for the loss of 2 stars) in the welcome email we received one week from our visit, we were told to not set the AC lower than 68 due to the motor freezing. Not ideal but we couldn’t do much with short notice; and the host mentioned it was recently serviced. We love cold ac especially after being at the beach all day. We slept terribly as the bedroom did not get cool. I don’t even think it was 68, as it would shut off intermittently. With cold AC, this is a 5 rental. Unfortunately, we would not return due to three uncomfortable nights’ sleep.

Thank you for your conscientious feedback. I will say that it is absolutely customary, as realtors have informed me that bringing your own linens/sheets is very common unless you are at a hotel/motel. As far as the AC, I wish you had let me know that the bedroom was not getting cold or that 68 degrees was not sufficient. I would have addressed that immediately. I have been there myself and I did not have that experience, nor have I heard from my 5 star renters that experience. I will definitely be looking into that, as it was checked at the beginning of the season.

Perfect stay

We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. This condo is in a great location. Mere steps to the beach. Quiet location with access to everything within a few minutes drive. Roseanne provided great information and even contacted me when there was an issue with the tv service before I noticed there was a problem. She provided step by step instructions for our stay. This property is great for a couple looking for a relaxing stay in the Wildwood Crest area.

Condo is delightful with large front window and natural light. Nice porch to sit and enjoy the ocean view. Very clean with well equipped kitchen. Has full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Bathroom has nice walk in shower and great water pressure Bed very comfortable. You do need to bring your own linens but that is not uncommon for this area summer rentals AC in both rooms kept us nice and cool in hot summer heatHost was very communicative and responsive. Just a text away.Definitely plan to rent again

I miss being here already!

We had such a wonderful week! We loved that this condo was in a quiet area with such a close proximity to the beach. Our family enjoyed themselves and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location with Beautiful View of Ocean

My husband and I had an amazing tome here. The view of the ocean was just beautiful. There was great communication with the owner. The place was cute and very clean. Would definetely like to stay here again in the future.

Close to beach, nicely appointed condo

Overall we really liked the condo; it was as advertised with a short walk to the beach and had nice views from the balcony area. The rooms were well sized and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the walls are quite thin; the neighbors (while nice) were pretty loud with dogs barking, children, loud TVs, etc. it gave us more incentive to get out of the condo and enjoy Wildwood.
