Ski Trip

Very clean and worked for our group. Layout is a little weird but that’s all. Easy access to mountain for skiing

Great Condo

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect. The condo felt even larger than it looks in pictures. The free shuttle to the mountain/downtown was extremely helpful and handy. It was also a short walk to the mountain in case anyone didn't want to wait for the shuttle. There really, truly is only one parking spot, though, so make sure to take that into consideration.

Steamboat Stay

Property was clean and sleeping accommodations were as advertised. Balcony view is fantastic. An elevator in the building was a plus. Was hoping to use shuttle to ski area but there wasn't a stop convenient to the location and there was no pre-scheduled shuttle service 8:00am - 10:00am. Overall we did like the stay.

The location is great and the views are amazing, however, the property management company is a bit disorganized. I called 2 days ahead of my reservation and asked to add another night (the night prior to my initial reservation). They added the night following my reservation, so we had to stay in a hotel the night we arrived in Steamboat. Also, there is only one parking spot and it is underground - so I had to take my Thule box off the top of my truck, which was a hassle. In addition, the kitchen is pretty bare - full utensils but no supplies - not even salt and pepper.

Solid value

Location is great - walk to hill (down is easy, up isn't too bad). Checkin is fine, but would be better if it did not require going to a separate address to pickup/return keys. Keypad entry would help a lot.Unit is fine. Partially updated, functional but fairly bare bones (minimal kitchen items for example - but fine for our needs). Layout is a bit strange, but worked fine or our group of 4.Hot tub was a short walk but large and nice after a day on the hill.Overall I found this to be a solid value based on the location and size.
