This family-friendly Destin, Florida pet friendly (with fees) vacation rental sits directly across the street from emerald green waters and sugar-white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Sit back on the spacious balcony and take in unparalleled views morning, noon and night. This popular 2BR/ 2BA condo, has a spectacular view of the from the master bedroom, family room, dining area and kitchen. With two spacious bedrooms and a living room sleeper sofa, sleeps up to six people comfortably. Pet fee 100.00 per pet. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. Max 2 dogs up to 45 lbs. each - No Cats.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Maravilla 2303! We were looking for a last minute rental in the area that would allow us to bring our pups for quick weekend get away - we are so happy we found this property.Before we arrived, the rental staff were incredibly communicative and quick to respond if we had any questions, which we appreciate greatly. Check in process was very easy and the space was clean with freshly made beds, towels, instructions for all elements of the rental like TV, thermostat, wifi, etc., linens for the fold out couch, and coupons for activities in the area!It is also a great location, across the street from the beach access, close to a few different dinner spots on the beach and close to larger shopping necessities like groceries, a shopping mall, and more restaurants if you want to venture away from the beach road. We appreciate the work the Shore Dreams team put into making our stay great and can't wait to come back!

Great property. Great view, many other pet owners there. Thank you for offering a place for our furry friends to vacation with us. More properties should do this. There are doggy day care places in Miramar Beach to use. Will stay at this property again.

The condo was nice. The view was excellent a couple things I think they need to know is that they need more trash bags and toilet paper in a week’s time they don’t they don’t give you enough. The bed was comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay, we stay at places a lot with VRBO and have experienced the good and the bad. This place was excellent and provided what we needed and also allowed our small teacup chihuahua to stay with us.

Maravilla is a great place to stay

We love staying here. This unit is wonderful. Has everything needed for your stay. Close to everything from shopping to restaurants. Unit has great views of the beach.

Awesome ocean views

This was our second stay at Maravilla and we loved it even more this time because of the balcony views of the ocean. The condo was comfortable and we had everything that was needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!
