What to Know Before You Book: We want your stay to be stress-free, so here are a few key things to know before reserving:
• Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book and occupy the property, per Maravilla's HOA rules.
• Signed Rental Agreement Required: After booking, we'll request your email to send a Coastline Condos rental agreement. This must be signed before arrival. Entry codes will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
• Noise Awareness: Maravilla is a quiet, family-friendly community. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe all posted quiet hours.
• Rates & Promotions: Rates, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Any special offers may be updated or canceled at Coastline Condos' discretion.
• Pet Policy Reminder: We welcome small, pre-approved dogs under 30 lbs. A $125 taxable pet fee applies. Pets must be kept off furniture and beds, and local laws prohibit dogs on the beach.
• Construction Notice: Major construction at Maravilla is complete. However, you may notice minor finishing or maintenance during your stay. For current details, feel free to contact our team or the HOA directly.
• Welcome Amenity Package: To help you settle in while you wait for a grocery delivery or store run, your starter pack includes 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap for each bathroom and kitchen, dish soap and a sponge, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry detergent pods, travel-size body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover cloths, and 3 kitchen trash bags. These items are intended to get you started and may not last the full duration of your stay.
