Stunning Sea View Apartment with Free Parking

Harbour View is a bright and spacious first-floor apartment with its own dedicated parking space and spectacular sea views overlooking Towan Beach and Newquay’s historic harbour. Centrally located, everything you need is just a short walk away. From sandy beaches and great surf to local shops, the harbour and fantastic restaurants, Newquay has something for everyone. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a fun family beach holiday, Harbour View is a great base for your stay.

THE SPACE
Harbour View comfortably sleeps up to four guests and a baby. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be made up as a king-size bed if requested in advance. A travel cot and high chair are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a Smart TV and superfast fibre broadband, ideal for browsing, streaming or working remotely.

To help you settle in, we provide a small starter supply of essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and hand soap. These may not last for the full length of your stay, so we recommend bringing a few extras if you’re staying more than a couple of nights.

THINGS TO NOTE

• The apartment is on the first floor and guests need to be comfortable using one flight of stairs to access it.

• While there is a lift in the building, we do not list it as a feature as we cannot guarantee that it will be in service throughout your stay.

• Do be aware that during peak times, especially in summer, Newquay can be noisy late into the evening due to the nightclubs.

• The default bed setup is one king and two singles. If you would like the singles made up as a king, please let us know at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival.

• Cot bedding is not provided, so please bring your own.

• Bedding and towels are included, but beach towels are not.

• The apartment is fully PAT tested and fire risk assessed, with current certification in place for your peace of mind.

Amazing Apartment in the heart of Newquay

Stayed for a long weekend for my husbands 50th birthday celebrations. The apartment was very spacious, had everything we needed, was very clean and in the heart on Newquay. Host's were amazing and easy to contact if needed. Had the best weekend and would definitely book again

Very very nice apartment with a beautiful view. The parking space was very handy and meant that we just parked up for the 4 days and walked everywhere. All beaches were in close walking distance from the apartment with Towan beach being the closest and good for an early morning swim. The apartment was spacious and well laid out with everything you would need for your stay. Although the location is in the heart of the town, we didn’t find it noisy at all and had no issues at night with noise. We would highly recommend this property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Wohnung. Diese war sehr sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Wir buchen die Wohnung gerne wieder, wenn wir erneut nach Cornwall kommen.

We love Newquay and feel lucky to have a place here that we can share with others looking to enjoy the same connection to the ocean and coastline.

Newquay is a great mix of laid-back coastal charm and lively atmosphere. The views are stunning, the beaches are some of the best in Cornwall and there’s a real variety of things to do. Whether you want to surf, walk the coastal path, explore the harbour or just sit with a coffee and watch the waves, there’s something for everyone. Over the years we’ve kept coming back here, and having a place overlooking Towan Beach and Newquay Harbour gives us a view we never get tired of.

Harbour View is in a fantastic location, set overlooking Towan Beach and Newquay’s historic harbour with sweeping views out to sea. You can sit in the comfy armchairs and watch the boats, surfers and tides come and go. It’s on the first floor, so only one flight of stairs, and has its own parking space just outside. The flat is bright and welcoming, with superfast fibre broadband, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a break by the sea. You’re only a short walk from beaches, restaurants and the town centre, but the setting feels calm and tucked away.
