We pleasantly found that our stay exceeded our expectations. Heather has a carefully curated home that provides details that ticks all of needs, adds aesthetics and features that ease home cooking, relaxing, and privacy. The wather view (with limited access) and the view of Mount Ranier were just what we needed. Thankfully the weather coopeated. If we have the opportunity, we will visit again.

The house was excellent. Very comfortable. Great layout for the 3 of us. Beautiful views and nice large deck to enjoy the outdoors. Nice quiet location near the end of a dead end road.

What a beautiful home! A spectacular view east to Mt Rainier, very comfortable beds and enough living spaces for everyone (the crows' nest is a kid's dream). The kitchen is very well supplied, and the deck includes chairs you don't ever want to leave. Incredibly quiet neighborhood and charming neighbors. Plenty of parking - one point: the bridge to Stretch Island is down to one traffic lane with a weight restriction of 10K pounds. Not an issue for us but the trash trucks can't get through. We'll return soon - this is one of the nicest VRBOs with a great location in the South Sound. Thank you, Heather, for sharing your lovely home with us!

It was very peaceful and the view was amazing. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very helpful when ask a question. Only complaint was the bed in the little alcove was very uncomfortable.

Long weekend

Quiet beautiful location

Nice place to stay but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Has all the amenities for a fun getaway and the reservation / check in process was flawless.

Serene stay

Super clean, very cozy, beautiful area. Front door lock was a little fussy to deal with, but overall the place was awesome — definitely recommend.

Incredible view!

This lovely property was exactly as represented. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful water view. We would definitely stay here again.

Truly relaxing. The view was amazing with the sound of the waves below. Couldn't ask for a better view. Every morning we had coffee and breakfast looking over the water with mountains in the back.I would recommend a sleepmask for the master bedroom. The sun does drop right into the room at sunrise.

Comfortable home, beautiful setting

This place was absolutely perfect for a lowkey girls' weekend with a couple of friends. The setting and view couldn't be beat, and the home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. And excellent communication from owners. Would love to return in the summer!

Relaxing retreat

We enjoyed our stay, it was relaxing, quiet and serene. Property was clean and had all the essentials we needed. Loved being right on the water with views of Mount Rainier. Driveable distance to Seattle and Olympic National Park. Definitely enjoyed this autumn stay!

Amazing Views and Tranquility

We had a great family visit. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We are planning to come back. The view of Mt. Rainer across the water is spectacular at sunrise.

We stayed here in 2020. The kids wanted to do it again and it did not disappoint. It's a comfortable quiet place to relax and just enjoy being together.

Stretch bliss

I needed a place to stay for my family. My father lives on the island so we needed this. It turned out to be wonderful. We had a great time, thank you so much. We'll see again next year.

Quiet getaway

The house is super cute and cozy. Very well maintained and clean. The view includes Mount Rainier on clear days. We saw whales and sea lions from the deck. The neighborhood is quiet and the residents were all friendly.

Nice property. Quiet. great view.

There were a few little glitches but nothing major. one of us was a bit cold most of the time - might have had something to do with the gentle rain for 2 days. we slept well. the communication difficulty might have been a VRBO problem.
