A quaint little cottage that sits steps from the water's edge on Vaughn Bay. 1br., full size kitchen and faces west. The kitchen is equipped with all the items needed for cooking, along with a large refrigerator. The living and dining areas are comfortably furnished. Linen and towels are provided, also small washer/dryer. See THE SHOOTING STARS as you sleep under the canopy of stars in MASTER BR., custom hand painted by Stellar Vision (seen only at night). Enjoy campfires. In season: Can pick blueberries right off the deck.

The view, spa, amenities galore and fenced in porch!

We have stayed many Vrbo listings and this is the best!! Clean and fully equipped kitchen, fenced porch for our doggies! The host Alma was very nice and we really liked the whole experience, views were breath taking! Can’t wait for the next visit(as we made next trip reservation already)Thank you

2 night stay in February

This was the perfect location to rendezvous with family on a recent trip to the area. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need or want for a comfortable stay. The private yard right on the water was perfect for our Labrador. She gives it a five paw rating as well.

Perfect weekend getaway

The house and location is perfect! It was clean and had everything you could need or want. The views of the water and mountains were gorgeous and the hot tub and deck were very lovely. I look forward to staying again in the summer and utilizing the awesome deck, beach, dock, and kayaks.

Amazing stay and space.

It’s an amazing place to stay and be for several days. It’s very clean and the space is very inviting and welcoming. For our staycation it’s was soooo great! Much needed break with amazing view. Communication with the host (Erin) is very easy and she responds quickly. I highly recommend Wanderlust!

Great place, loved our stay

This was our 2nd visit, and it was great. We enjoyed getting out on the kayaks and also playing board games on the patio. Great change of pace and a beautiful setting to do it in!

Fantastic

This was our second time staying here and we hope to return again one day. It is great sitting out on the decking watching the ever changing tidal water and evening sunset. We enjoyed using the row boat and the location is so peaceful. Also made a great base for exploring the Tacoma and Olympic areas. Thank you!

Lovely, convenient, well-provisioned cottage

It’s such a nice property! Thoughtful things like baggies, paper towels and coffee pods are provided. The queen-sized bed is comfortable, and the heating/cooling unit works very well. We didn’t use any amenities but the hot tub, and it’s great. We did no cooking. We have family in Vaughn and Gig Harbor, so this pleasant setting was perfect for us! Thanks to our sweet host!

Highly recommend, its a beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay at the Blueberry Cottage. There is lots of outdoor space, a wonderful patio deck that is gated throughout and the covered pergola came in handy when it rained. The place was clean, the kitchen well stocked. We'd stay again.

I was shocked upon arrival. The place is beautiful and right on the water. It was clean and well thought out with everything that is needed. It was comfortable and quiet for relaxation. Would totally stay again

A Peaceful Refuge

When I first came through the trees and saw the view for the first time I said Wow! And then I got to the cottage. A beautiful spot right on the water with everything you could want inside and out. I stayed by myself but could have easily seen my family in this space. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again.

Great place to unwind and recreate!

The place was very clean and the host attentive. Messages were responded to quickly. The setting was very relaxing and stress free. Also, the bungalow could not be in a more beautiful spot.

Relaxation

We love the Blueberry cottage! This is the second time we have stayed. Alma has made some updates, and the bed is fantastic and a new comfy sofa. There is also two awesome seating areas on the large deck, with outdoor heaters. The views are why we come. We love sitting outside looking out at the water and all of beautiful scenery and bird activity! Absolutely stunning! Everything you need is provided for a much needed getaway❤️❤️❤️

This property was owned by our family back in the 1800's bought from William Vaughn himself and sold - (1979). We were able to purchase it back in 2011, 32 years later. Our love for this place is so strong, we wanted to share with others the same opportunities we felt.

The beach is filled with its own life. At low tide watch as the clams bask in the warmth of the sand - a song of their own. The small crabs find refuge under the rocks. With tides high or low it's a world of enchantment, hours of fun and relaxing
