50 Yards From Base of Gondola Lionshead Arcade
Lionshead Arcade is located just 50 yards to base of Eagle Bahn gondola. Right next to Arrabelle and all of the shops and restaurants. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.
The condo features a bedroom with a queen and en suite bathroom; second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, (4 twins); and the bathroom access is off the hall. Perfect for a family with children in ski school. New furniture throughout the unit and a wood burning fire place. Nicely appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook the family dinner. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
NOTICE: THE TOWN OF VAIL HAS PROPOSED A TAX INCREASE MEASURE THAT WILL BE ON THE BALLOT NOVEMBER 2025. IF PASSED THIS WILL INCREASE TAXES ON SHORT TERM RENTALS BY 6% FOR RESERVATIONS ARRIVING OR IN HOUSE AFTER JAN 1 2026. IF PASSED, ALL RESERVATIONS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE NEW INCREASED TAX RATE
