Townsend Place Beaver Creek Ski-In/Out
Townsend Place is located on the banks of Beaver Creek next to a children’s park.
This condo features a large living room , wood fireplace, two full bathrooms, deck area, and a large master suite with a queen size bed. The second room has two twins. Also to note, is a flat screen TV with HD in the living area and a queen sofa sleeper for a little extra sleeping space. There is an assigned ski locker on the lower level, one of the largest hot tubs in Beaver Creek on site, and building wide free wifi. Ski-In/Out access is via the Elkhorn Chairlift (#14). All of this is located just a short three minute walk to the center of Beaver Creek Village. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.
Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.
