Large one bedroom, two bath corner unit with a beautiful view with nearby sounds of the rushing creek. It is a five minute walk to Beaver Creek Village, restaurants, ice skating rink, shops, a variety of activities and all of the action. There is a nearby playground for smaller children across the creek.

The unit is immaculate, maintained, updated yearly, well stocked and offers the necessities and has many amenities. The comfortable queen sleeper in the living room will accommodate additional guest(s). The complex has a hot tub and there is a free shuttle available to all guests for Beaver Creek and Batchelor Gulch outings.

This is a perfect place for short or long, business and/or pleasure visits. The unit is well equipped to accommodate any of these reasons.

It’s been five years since we stayed here. We remembered it fondly throughout that time, and were excited to be able to return. So cool to walk in, and feel as if we’d just left last week. Still beautiful, still well appointed, still excellent hosts. GO. You’ll not be disappointed.

Only negative we encountered was that the elvator wasn't working so we had to lug a heavy cooler with food up 2 flights of stairs with a bad back and senior age (70). Otherwise, Townplace condo was awesome and in an awesome location.

This property is immaculate. The view of aspens is serene, the proximity to walks and restaurants, etc is easy and just as described. It was comfortable and the host provided all and more of the amenities you would be looking for! We had an amazing time and will return!!!

This property was amazing. It literally had every amenity stocked in it that you could ever think of or need… Including a toothbrush, which I had forgotten! The kitchen was well stocked ahead of time… Olive oil, spices, sugar, salt, pepper. Lots of great pans. A crockpot. Even two sticks of butter in the refrigerator! There were sleds underneath the bed for winter time fun… The owners literally thought of everything! I would rent here again in a heartbeat!

This luxury corner unit is appropriately named from its well equipped kitchen to the very comfortable living area and ultra comfortable bed, as well as having thick and fluffy towels for the baths. The location is easily accessed from the main road into Beaver Creek. Creekside Park and the Village center are both only a short walk away. Being a corner unit allows for a nice cross breeze in the warmer months, as well as great views of the mountains through the grove of Aspen and Spruce trees. We have always found this unit to be clean and well maintained. The owners are easy to work with and communicate instructions for check-in and check-out with ease.

Great place! Perfect location to the village and the trail heads with in walking distance. Bed very comfortable and hot shower was the best. The balcony view was wonderful to seat on everyday. It’s a corner condo made it even better.

Awesome spot!

We loved this property and will definitely return again next year. Short walk to the village and awesome views from the balcony. Clean and well equipped with everything a family needs.

Our stay was exceptional! The kitchen and baths are well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location provides quick and easy access to the village with lots of shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again!

Great ski in ski out location and a short walk to Beaver Creek Village

It was a wonderful experience. Fantastic location for the price and the hot tub was a blessing at the end of each day skiing.

Great Stay

Had a great time at this condo. Perfect for two buddies meeting up for a long ski weekend. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Location is great and is true ski in / ski out. Would definitely stay here again
