We’ve been staying here the last few years. Great place to relax with family and friends. Clean, accommodating and big enough that you never have to feel crowded. Host is great too.

We came into town for my father’s celebration of life, and our stay was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we could have wanted and more. The deck was so peaceful and relaxing, and we loved being able to use the grill to make burgers and enjoy time together as a family.One of our favorite parts was gathering around the fireplace and taking in the beautiful view. It was such a comfortable and peaceful place to stay during an emotional time for our family. John made everything so easy from start to finish, and we truly appreciated his hospitality.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay! Only 20mins from Holiday Valley. Beautiful frozen lake, 2 fireplaces, pingpong & arcade were bonuses! We would definitely stay again. Home was clean & had everything we could need. Beds were comfortable & there were plenty of extra pillows. Couches reclined & there was plenty of seating. No complaints!

Fantastic place

This was an awesome place to stay!! John was a great host and the house had so much to offer. We enjoyed an amazing sunset on the dock and played a ton of games at the house. The location was perfect for our drive to get to holiday valley. Place is exactly as described and even better!!

Winter getaway

We had our annual winter getaway here and it was everything we hoped for. The property was clean and in the perfect spot on the lake. John was easy to communicate with we plan on booking here again in the future.

Family Vacation

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at 6 potter. Both times we stayed for a week and both times were amazing! The house is beautiful and the host is so easy to work with. My family and I are already working on planning our 3rd rental here! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Beautiful home withe everything you could need right on the lake

Modern home with everything you could need. Many beds, large clean and new bathrooms, comfy couches, right on the lake. I highly recommend!

Family get away

The house and the property are gorgeous The house is very spacious Has everything you could possibly need for your stay? The neighbors are very friendly I rate this property a five star, and cannot wait to visit again

John’s place was very spacious and well kept. We enjoyed being outside and not too far from Ellicottville. Couldn’t be happier with our stay! John was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Halloween getaway

My family and I did the Attica Halloween train ride so we rented this house. It was perfect! The house was clean, everything worked, and fully stocked kitchen.

Perfect Place For a Summer Getaway

I'm a 4th generation "Lime-Laker", and finding a newly constructed cottage that comfortably housed our extended family is truly a rare find. The kids loved the play room and everyone appreciated the air conditioning! The neighbors were very friendly and there was plenty of parking. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Maybe best of all, great fishing right from the dock!

Fantastic spot on the lake!

The property was nicer than it looks in the photos. The place was clean and the location on the lake was fantastic! We spent as much time as we could on the back deck and dock whenever we couldn't be on a boat. The kids enjoyed fishing and kayaking and Lime Lake Marina brought a pontoon boat right to our dock. The video game machine and the ping pong table provided hours of entertainment in the evenings for this very competitive family! We loved every minute of it!

Perfect Weekend

Overall good experience. We've owned rentals so we know how hard it is to get the cleaning staff to really clean. House is on a crawl space, so the floors can get pretty cold when the weather dips. Master bedroom draperies create an unwelcome atmosphere. Suggest rearranging the furniture and changing the black curtains to something more inviting.

Great trip

Owner was very communicative, neighbors were nice,place was great,very comfortable, house had all the luxurious you could want and supplied well.Thank you again we would definitely go back.Great guys fishing trip.

Nice place!

The property was roomy, clean, and well kept. The owner was very quick to reply to questions and concerns. The kitchen was stocked with just about every utensil and dish you could possibly need plus various other items people had obviously bought and left there for following guests - as happens at most lake houses in my experience. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. My 13 year old didn’t want to leave her bed all week and wanted to take the comforter home with us! The only things I’d “complain” about are minor. There was a shortage of towel bars for hanging wet towels to dry. And there was no hardware on the kitchen cabinets. Which wasn’t a real issue for most of us except my 70 year old mother who has arthritic hands. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice lake house to rent.
