This cozy cabin is nestled on a very private hillside overlooking the BEST views in Ellicottville!

Relax and enjoy the 360 Panoramic views of surrounding Mountains from the large covered front porch. The Cabin is set back from the road just enough to feel completely secluded while still enjoying the convenience of being just 5 minutes from the Village of Ellicottville.

The Hot Tub is built in to the back deck and is 100% private backing up to the Mountain. Enjoy the most amazing star gazing you will see all year!

Very pretty Mountain View the cabin was mostly clean except for some areas the back porch was a mess with torn cushions on the patio furniture, dirty grill, and dirt inside the hot tub… The property was also not kept up very well. There was all kinds of wood and stuff lying around which made everything look very untidy. The view again was beautiful. It was a nice full kitchen, but for the price it was not what we had expected.

Thank you for the feedback. After your stay I purchased all new cushions for the patio furniture and bought a new Weber grill as well. I arrived to the cabin day after your departure and didn’t see any issues with the Hot tub water which is treated every Wednesday. We leave a skimmer for guests in the storage bin for the random unavoidable leaves etc. We appreciate the constructive feedback which we take seriously to ensure all guests enjoy their stay.

My family of four and friends of ours stayed at this place and we had never been to Holiday Valley before. This place was perfect for us. We highly recommend and would stay there again. It was as advertised.!

Great stay!

Cabin was the perfect size for our group of 9 people. Hot tub and pool table were really nice. Short drive to Ellicottville made it convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy place for our annual gathering of family friends. Perfect place to come back from skiing and walking around tow and soak in the hot tub and visit with the group.

A wonderful cabin stay

My friends and I had a great weekend experience at this property. The close location to Holiday Valley was very convenient. The cabin was clean and well appointed. Our group also appreciated the large hot tub! We would stay here again!

This property was perfect for our half marathon weekend getaway in Ellicottville. The house had everything we needed and was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Clean, beautiful location, and close to Holiday Valley. 5 minute drive to slopes. Great amenities in the house, including the hot tub!

Peaceful respite near skiing and town

Very quiet and peaceful home surrounded by beautiful trees. Sunny front porch with fire pit and hot tub on secluded rear deck. Nice kitchen and cozy living room.

Great Ski Getaway

We had a fabulous time in Ellicottville! The home was perfect for our family with adult children. Plenty of beds, linens, the pool table and hot tub were a big hit! The property is minutes from Holiday Valley resort and other attractions, but also very quiet and secluded. The owner was helpful and communicative without being too invasive or over-prote

Annual Ellicottville ski trip

This was a perfect location for our family of 5 annual ski to Ellicottville. Close to town. House had everything you would need. Very relaxing atmosphere. Tim was very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful cabin, Peace and quiet close to town

We stayed here with a few of our closest friends and could not have been happier. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night and the pool table during the day. It was only 4 minutes drive into town and 20 minutes from the casino. I can not wait for a reason to stay again!

Amazing views

Great place…perfect for our family. Host was extremely helpful and available to help us. Amazing view of mountains and stars. Short drive to ski resorts and town. Enjoyed pool table, hot tub, grill and open floor concept. There are two bedrooms and a open 2nd floor loft with two queen beds. Enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Host was fantastic to work with.

Our host, Tom, made our experience easy and very enjoyable. There was an unexpected issue with the hot tub and a serviceman was at the property within 5 minutes to have it fixed. We would definitely stay here again for the location and privacy. Thank you!

We have gone out of our way to make the cabin as comfortable as possible and enjoy hearing how much our guests enjoy their stays. I am easily accessible by phone or text during your stay and have 21 years of renting experience.
