A nice mix of modern and traditional furniture with a wide inventory of necessities and luxury linens for your comfort. Built by innovators in construction in Manhattan, the structure has concrete and insulation in the floors that yield a quietness that's unsurpassed. Right Across from CiCo Park. If this unit is full, check our other Heritage Suites. They are all furnished with the guest in mind with quality furnishings that are whimsical, fun, and interesting. If we've missed something or it's amiss, please let us know so that we can fix or replace it.

The apartment was clean and stocked with what we would expect. The location was perfect, as we were in town for the K-State Football game. Would definitely stay again.

Great for a family visit

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property to visit our daughter at K State. It ends up being a nice place for us to hang out as a family while visiting her.

K State graduation

Birthday weekend

We stayed here for my birthday weekend. Location was nice. Plenty of room and nice. Tara was wonderful with last minute changes and check in.

Great home base for family visit

This was our second time at this property— comfortable, spacious apartment in quiet complex and great location and communication with host. We’ll stay here again next time we visit our Manhattan family.

Great place to stay

The apartment was great, very spacious. Some minor repairs were needed, but did not affect the quality of our stay. The pool was awesome. Our family really enjoyed our time here.

Manhattan Visit

The property is centrally located and allowed us to visit family and work with businesses that we had appointments with during our stay. This is our 2nd time staying in this unit and will do it again should we need to before we move there.

Reliable, great accommodation in Manhattan

I’ve stayed in multiple apartments at this property over several years and they are always well appointed and seamless. A bonus in the summer is the large pool which is great for laps. The host allowed me to check in a few hours early which was appreciated.

Our home away from home in Manhattan

It was great as usual. It is so easy just arriving and entering code. We love the size and the two bathrooms. The communication is wonderful and it is a short drive to track, stadium and school. We will be back.

We were so pleased with our stay here. Everything you need for the stay. Considering the price of hotels, this is the winner hands down. You get so much more for less. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly, if you need them. If you don't, they politely stay out of your way. Thank you for a wonderful week.

THIRD TIME IS A CHARM

This is our third stay at this particular unit and we love it. The communication and ease of check in is still amazing and they have added new black out curtains in the bedrooms since our last stay which made it even better. If you have a kid at K-State, this is a great place to rent to spend time with them. We will be back.

Heritage Ridge is owned by the family that built it. "Lee Construction" were respected builders and innovators in Manhattan. The walls don't actively touch another apartment and have soundproofing in the ceilings and walls. They are the quietest apartments in Manhattan. Heritage Ridge was designed for an open green space feel and has great access to the whole town. Face it, there's nothing in Manhattan more than 10 minutes away. Across the street is CiCo park. Lots of walking trails, public pool, tennis, skateboarding, baseball, and host to many events including the Riley County Fair, Pumpkin Patch crafts sale, and rodeos.
