A nice mix of modern and contemporary furniture with an wide inventory of all the necessities and then some for your comfort. Built by innovators in construction in Manhattan, the structure has concrete and insulation floors that yield a quietness that is unsurpassed. Cico Park is right out the door and the location is convenient to everything in Manhattan. Please call the office 8-5 Monday-Friday to arrange your stay.

Quiet and close to park

Property was in a quiet area, close to a park with a pool and a playground. Shopping areas were easily accessible. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Great stay for KSU football weekend

This was a great place to stay while in town for KSU football. The apartment was very clean, quiet and had all of the necessities. Could use a new mattress and pillows in one of the bedrooms (just too soft) but otherwise it suited our needs perfectly. I would stay here again!

Exactly as advertised. This place is on the west side of Manhattan, easily accessible, a great place to stay for a visit to Manhattan to see the 'Cats play. The location made travel to and from Bill Snyder Family Stadium really easy. Book with confidence!

Just what we needed

The apartment was just like in the pictures, was clean and check in was really easy, free parking and quiet neighborhood. It is located about 10-15 from everything we wanted to visit, super convenient.

Still one of our favorites

This is one of our favorite places to stay when visiting Manhattan. The apartment has plenty of space to spread out. It is convenient to campus, the stadiums, and shopping.

Stayed here many times

Stayed here many times, very close to everything. The kitchen floor was sticky and several walls were dirty with handprints. Love staying here but time for paint.

Normal apartment dwellers have to listen to the conversations on the floors above and below. This unit and all that have been built have sound deadening concrete on the floors and sound absorbing material in and on the walls. It's convenient to everything in town considering anything in town is 10 minutes away at the farthest.
