Perfectly balancing urban energy and serene greenery, this townhouse is ideal for tourists seeking dynamic city life and excellent dining. Explore vibrant Camden Passage, picturesque Myddelton Sq. Gardens, and the iconic Business Design Centre - all almost at your doorstep!
The space
Upon arrival at the address, you'll be welcomed by a charming three-story residence, featuring brickwork and a colonial-style architecture, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the vibrant pulse of London's Megalopolis.
The ground floor is divided into a spacious dining area for six, nestled near the window, and a kitchen adorned with wooden accents. It comes complete with all essential appliances and a breakfast table ideal for quick meals.
Ascend the plush carpeted stairs to find a spacious TV lounge room furnished with an extra-large, comfortable sofa, perfect for accommodating big family gatherings or groups of friends. Adjacent to the living area is a versatile conference room with an office space, doubling as an additional lounge area.
The second floor boasts two double bedrooms, each featuring ample storage for clothing and meticulously maintained hospitality standards, including professional cleaning and fresh linens. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, fully stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries, is also located on this floor.
Venture up to the attic area to discover an expansive master bedroom adorned with a comfortable double bed dressed in crisp linens. It is complemented by an ensuite bathroom featuring a large bathtub, shower, impeccably maintained sanitary fixtures, and complimentary towels. Expansive French-styled windows flood this magnificent sleeping quarters with natural light and provide access to an open balcony offering captivating views over the city.
Conveniently located on the ground floor, just behind the kitchen area, you'll find a dedicated laundry space equipped with washing and drying machines, along with an additional toilet room for your exceptional comfort.
To enhance your stay, a professional cleaning service is conducted prior to your arrival, with additional appointments available upon request for a separate fee.
Guest access
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

Please note that parking is “first come first served”.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Smoking in the house is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
